Best WLM Reviews
Only positive was getting quickly seated, after that it made since as to why not many people were dining here. We waited 15 minutes just for a beer, then received a totally raw steak. Our past time of waiting on drinks and food to get re-cooked was killing the ants crawling all over our table.
We had a group of 20 people on a Wednesday night. We called ahead and said they could accommodate. After arriving, they were clearing under staffed. The drinks ordered at the bar took 45 minutes to get because the bartender was "slammed". There were not many other people there. I ordered a beer and after an hour of not receiving it, I canceled it and got a water. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, our food came out. The mushroom burger I ordered had the plate very hot. The bottom bun was crispy. Obviously had been sitting on a warmer for a long time. The manager offered 5 free desserts for 20 people. What a slap in the face and none us took them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that pays attention to their customers.
This is for Dylan..he was literally running the ENTIRE restaurant when we came in. He deserves a raise or promotion because his attitude was top notch! He was awesome! Thank you for your wonderful service!
Absolutely wonderful experience tonight! Our waitress Madison, was super attentive, kept our drinks full, and kept us updated on our orders! The steak was cooked to perfection, and the All You Can Eat Shrimp, Chicken and Riblets were served with hot and fresh French fries every time! We had a very enjoyable experience here, as usual!!
Took a while to get waited on.
Told waitresstable was sticky ,said it was new cleaning solutions bever offered to wipe it down.
Tea tasted funny like it was burnt.
Don't expect this place be open much longer .
There a reason no crowd at lunch o. A Tuesday.
All this reflects on terrible management.
Still topped 20%
Usually the food is great! We dined on the Westside this time. Hair was found on ????!! When replaced it was sour tasting g! Nachos had very little meat yet heavy on sour cream! The chicken in the Bourbon dish tasted of soap!
We're regular patrons.
They took off for the broccoli, and brought out a small bowl of ground beef for the Nachos. Only food good was the chicken tender/ frie combo and the ????!
Atmosphere was pleasant.
Zoie was the greatest! Our bartender Zoie made us feel important and made sure we were well taken care of. Well worth the visit.
An absolutely amazing place to dine and do business. The Applebee's Team is leading the pack when it comes to tact, treatment and taking care of us in their building!
Thanks Applebee's of Evansville!
