I love Applebee's so this was a hard one to swallow.
First, the waitress zoie was a sweetheart. Checked on us often. Knew the menu. Took heavy notes....
The queso was nearly water.
My drink took a long time to come out...when it did, it didn't have it gummies and the waitress got blamed by him. Said she's messing him up all night.
Our plates come out. Mine had no brocolli.... and his... well his four cheese is displayed. Where's any cheese. He said it taste like noodles.
I don't know. I didn't like how management jumped right to blaming her instead of just getting my gummy sharks.
Came in for Veteran's Day and they did a great job. It was decorated in red, white and blue which was very welcoming. Service was great and genuinely thankful staff. Thank you Applebee's from this vet.
I find myself coming here to celebrate the happy times in my life, and today we came in to celebrate me making it through my very first semester of grad school! Stephanie was amazing, as always, and the service was so fast. The atmosphere is calmer than most, and it is always really clean. Thank you for making my happy days extra special and delicious. We will continue to come back:)
Food was absolutely horrible tonight. Ordered two different steaks Had to have both of them sent back. When we got our food back, they were still not cooked properly. we spoke with the manager, she definitely did take care of usbut It never should have got to that point. I should have checked my to go order that I brought home to feed someone. That was not cooked properly either The only one that did a very good job was our waitress.
I ordered take-out and had issues with the quality of my food. I called the restaurant and voiced my concerns with the manager, Cory. He explained what might have caused the issues with my food (problems that were out of his control), apologized, and offered compensation. I was highly impressed with his kindness and customer service. Ive ordered from this location many times and have always had a great experience so despite this mishap, I will continue supporting this restaurant!
Ordered takeout because I had a gift card. Wonton tacos were very light on the chicken. Cinnamon roll bites were doughy in the middle.
3/23 waitress was lovely . Food came out at a decent time. Only complaint is my wonton tacos , they were cold and they looked and tasted like an old order. And they were cold. Made me feel like they either gave me a order that was sent back or it set out way to long. So I was extremely disappointed in that. That was the whole reason why I went there. But everything else was good ????
Highly recommend going during lunch. Nice selection of lunch specials with great prices. Recommend the Southwest Chicken Bowl; delicious and good portion. Also, of note, Mondays have any burger specials, and Tuesdays have boneless wing specials. Probably more, but those days caught my husband's and my eye.
