This is the second time this year that I've eaten at this Applebee's location, and both visits have been extremely disappointing. Today's visit was filled with horrible service and food that tasted like it was thawed out and warmed up.
We were seated and told that someone would be right with us, but we waited over twenty minutes before our waiter finally took our order. That was the last we saw of him until it was time to pay. After waiting a long while, our food was brought out by another server.
We opted for the bottomless option, and as we were finishing our food, I began to look for our waiter to place another order. I asked a server for help, and she said she'd get our waiter. After another long wait, a completely different person came to our table to take our order. As we waited, yet another person came to our table, asking if we wanted to place an order. I told her that someone else had already taken our next order and that we were waiting for the food. She asked if the order had been placed and said she was about to do so.
Finally, one of the three orders was brought out, and the server asked if we wanted anything else. I informed her that we were missing two orders, so she went to the back to check and came back empty-handed, asking what we had ordered. It was obvious that the full order had never been submitted.
If I could give less than one star, I really would. This experience was beyond frustrating, and I won't be returning to this location again.
Applebees is ok. We had to wait a very long time for a takeout order, but didn’t mind because they were so nice. When we got home though my extra side sauce that they put on the Blondies dessert was not in my bag. And they charged me for it. That annoys me because she read off everything in the bag for me. Then when we ate my riblet was burned. The one on top was good though and my broccoli.
The service the waiters the food the atmosphere was beyond fantastic. The manager was (cute) but very nice very professional very understanding. The food was fabulous. Just make sure that your stomach is bigger than your eyes if order the all can eat. I can't say enough about it.just that I will be returning to again enjoy this fabulous restaurant and the great service and cute manager. Blessings to all the staff they are wonderful and hard working
Won’t come here at all … walked in and no welcome host… waited for 4-5 min for a host to come .. then got seated and waiting for another 10-15 min with no service… a group of family came after a few min more … they got helped before us … so to top it off bad choice in coming and spending my time here … talked to the manager jasmine and she is attentive and friendly but seems like she brushed my opinion to her staff In not being there for the customers. Management and staff needs to be attentive to customers … hope this reaches top management and they get back to us …. I thank your staff in showing me where not come anymore for future business…
Good food and happy hour drinks cannot be missed on. Tried a new appetizer and didn't disappoint. Service was quick for a weekday date night.
I got buffalo wings and it was like I got the end of the bag with the little pieces of chicken and they were little and thin and crispy not a regular order that I get I would give it a 3 out of the ten and I ordered a steak plate and I asked for it to be done well and it was thin like a half a inch thick and it was warm like it was sitting for five to ten minutes which explains why ever guest around me got there appetizers and and dinner plates 10 min before me even the guests that have arrived after me.. so over all food was a 3 out of 10 and the wait time especially wait for food for a half an hour and receiveing ur plate warm not hot and 15min after the guests that came ten min after me I have sat down.. I don't like to complain in person it this experience really depressed me when I receive food that I wouldn't even serve myself at home and I'm at nice restaurant and I received poor food quality and over all I don't think I'll be returning here to the Lancaster location. I spent 50 bucks and was so angry I left more then half my food there and touched I paid my bill and took off. Super annoyed and it ruined my night . Hope this don't happen to u...if Applebees can reach out to me I can happily change my review.. but yes my experience was horrible..
The outside doesn't look like your typical Applebee's (looks more like a strip mall) but the inside is just like any of their other restaurants and the food just as good. My husband and I ordered the 2 for 27 and we opted for the mozzarella sticks appetizer and we both got the Bourbon street chicken and shrimp with red mashed potatoes. It was delicious but not a very big meal. I also ordered a cup of French onion soup, on the side, because that is one of my favorites. For dessert, we shared a Triple chocolate meltdown and that was, of course, wonderful!
Super good every time I come in !! server and manager kept coming by to see if we needed refills or anything , love it here , never really had to wait long for anything !
