Asked for well done steak!!! Twice it came out, and guess what not well done. The second time the manager said he said he stayed back there the whole time and he checked the temp and it temp out right. We had two professional trained cooks here and there is no way it temped out right!!! Then their blender was broken and out of the gummy sharks that go with the alcohol drink we ordered. Only like three people working, had to wait forever for refills. The person who was taking our orders left without even getting the whole tables order. This is the second we have come here and the steak took 5 times to come out well done the first time!

we absolutely adore him and only come in when he’s serving! his personality really holds the store and he’s very personable with his tables. if you could give someone a raise it should be him!! great food and great service! thank you Stephen!!
I had a wonderful experience. My appetizer came out hot fresh and in a timely manner. The server held great conversation making us feel at home. we got our entree. Which was two perfectly cooked Medium rare stakes with hot sides broccoli and mashed potatoes. We washed it down with the tipsy reindeer, which I highly recommend. The managers came to our tables checked on us and made sure we were happy with our experience. And as we left the host gave us a friendly goodbye.
Food was great, compliments to the chef Chris, the waitress Barbara The Man was hilarious!
Christopher was an amazing waiter we 10/10 recommend him! He was so kind and funny and had us cracking up! Even though it was a busy Saturday evening, he was attentive to our needs for refills and such. He works so hard and deserves praise and recognition.
I like this place and bartender is really nice. However, she seems to be the only person working the front of the house. The kid receptionist, he is all over the place interrupting conversation between the guess and the only person working. Then when he isn’t doing that he is on his phone texting. I think there are other people working here, but I have barely seen them.
Came in and was seated immediately as it was not real crowded. Was really looking to have a good time. We sat there for over 20 minutes and not one employee would acknowledge us. The table next to us was being waited on. The tables around us were being waited on. Just not me and my wife. Would look at us and then just walk away. Never even got to order a drink. Finally we just stood up and walked out. Still nothing. Went to Red Door down the road and had great food and fantastic service. Shame. I really wanted to start coming back to here. Almost half hour sitting with no one giving a dang about us is ridiculous though.
We went today and got waited on by the manager, me and my man came, normally theres a group of 5 + of us that come but no longer will I be coming. The group was already on the fence due the last few times but this was ridiculous. He made ordering our regular food super complicated even after we said we'd pay the difference. Then at the end he brings us our ticket and says he didn't charge us for the queso, gave a managers discount, and didn't charge our drinks we said thank you, noticed the manager discount of $8 and the drinks but that the queso had been charged as chips and queso. I asked him about it and he said that was the only way to ring it up. I said that was fine I was just checking. He rudely said thats all you had to pay. Then took our card and headed off to cash us out and then turned and said "you couldn't have gotten it any cheaper I didn't charge you $7 for your drinks." I said sir you don't have to justify it I was just asking. He then disappears to run the card, returns less then a minute and said "your meals on me." Just super disappointed he kept trying to argue with me and escalate the situation when I already told him it was fine and we didn't mind paying.
