We were a group of 3. We ordered appetizers. They were delicious! Our server was so nice. She was on top of things too! If we needed a drink refill or extra napkin, she was there. I really appreciate great food and excellent service! My fav was the pretzels with beer cheese.
Great food as always, 11/10 boneless wings. Harlee was an amazing waitress, she deserves a raise. Checked on us multiple times and provided excellent service. Always a solid choice coming to Applebee's
$70 for a dinner for 2 is way too much. For 2 Ribeyes that only tasted like oil. Mashed potatoes were good.... broccoli was cold. 2 cups of lettuce for a salad and heated frozen bread sticks. I could have made this meal at home and could have actually ate it for $30 at most. I'm just glad my 3 dogs enjoyed this crap.
Everyone was so nice to me when I came in to enjoy a much needed hot meal and use their guest Wi-Fi after Hurricane Helene. As always, their food is fantastic. Manager Tiffany, James, and so many others kept checking on me to make sure I had everything I need. I was able to contact loved ones with my computer to let them know I was safe. Thank you for making my afternoon stress-free during these trying times!
The bourbon garlic steak was so tough I couldn't eat it. It wouldn't cut with a sharp knife hardly. I was unable to chew it at all. It was wasted. All theat money for something I could not eat. It was raw too. I like it pink in the middle but this was red and raw.

Omygosh!! love it here!! And my waitress, Demi (I believe was her name) was absolutely amazing. So very sweet. Food was amazing as ever!!!
After waiting 10 minutes for the bartender to take our drinks, since we were sitting at a high top in the bar area and she had to talk to the people at the bar and ignore us. I ordered a Brewtus PBR, only to be told their house beer is now Busch Light, YUCK!! Anyhow, got Octoberfest instead. Then ordered a sampler as an appetizer, all was good except marinara sauce looked like tomato paste. Then ordered a fajita roll-up, one of my favorites, only to get a burrito-looking roll-up, that looked like someone had puked and rolled it up in a tortilla. It was nothing but cabbage and some fajita puke mixed together and the sides of the tortilla was ripping apart and it was not grilled. It was presented to me with the fries in eye sight, not exposing the cut side of the "roll-up". My husband warned me and said you ain't gonna want that. I turned it around and got the waitress immediately and sent it back. Funny thing was it was time for shift change and guess what they were discussing in the middle of the table, only the "roll-up" I sent back. Anyhow, they're closing a lot of Applebee's and in my opinion, Elizabethton,TN, should be one! Quality of food, and wait staff has gone to the dogs in this establishment! No, I was not charged for the "roll-up", and was offered something else, but after seeing that, I didn't want anything from that kitchen!
