The service from the waitress was horrible!! We stacked cups on the end of the table and they were never taken when he came to check on us(pictured). Wasn’t helpful at all and gave no options for us while ordering from the menu. Stood around on his phone most of the time while he could’ve been helping us, or another table. The place was not busy at all and there should have been no reason for such bad service. I would give zero stars if I could. Overpriced and mediocre food with a horrible waitress! Do better!!!
Really enjoyed our recent visit! As soon as we walked in, we were promptly greeted by Howard, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the menu and other questions we had, which was greatly appreciated. The waitress was kind and really on top of things. She was able to give some excellent food recommendations, and as soon as a refill was needed, she was right there. The food was hot and tasted great!
I really have to commend Applebee's. Their employees make this place a wonderful place to eat, and I hope they realize that and give these employees the recognition that they deserve!
I cost nearly 100 bucks (3 adults 1 kid, no alcohol) for one of the most mediocre meals I've had at a restaurant. Two of us ordered medium stakes and they both came out brown to the center. The bench seats were collapsed In and I was basically sitting on a leather covered piece of wood. The server was nice but did take much longer than I would have liked to return to the table. Not worth the insane price.
It's always a hit or miss whether or not you get really good service here but at least the food is always good! Wonton Tacos and the pretzel sticks are my favorite! I really do wish that they would require the host to actually do one of the most important parts of their job and that's greeting people with a smile.... I don't like it when people see someone stocking shelves at Walmart being bothered over there smile but when your job is specifically to greet people and make them feel comfortable and welcome you should really be putting more work into it and not looking like you're incredibly miserable.... your tone should not sound annoyed that somebody else just walked in..... and part of your job is to ask where someone would like to sit not just sit them down at least it's been like that at Applebee's forever.... another thing that I have noticed is that your drinks take an hour to get to you and you usually have your food by the time they do considering this is not exactly a cheap place to eat this should really be worked on.
Food was great and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Slight wait due to COVID-19 but it wasn’t too long. All staff had masks on and customers were spread out for social distancing. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The chicken was a little salty for my taste, but over all the meal was good. The pretzels were awesome.
It is one of the best locally owned restaurants in our area. Great variety on their menu. You can't beat there desserts anywhere.
Not much of a selection.
Cold fries with the burger that I had to ask to be replaced.
The burger would've been fine if it had some salt and pepper on it, and it wasn't cooked to death.
The steak was cooked to my request, but had sinew. I didn't eat the mashed potatoes or green beans.
Also, there was a 1/2" dead mosquito smashed on the window. Clearly visible.
