Well this is possibly the worst meal we have had at Applebee's! First of all our Pretzels were like they were warmed up with very little cheese sauce. Then we got our meal my hamburger was a little warm on the inside and cold all the way around. My husband had Chicken Alfredo which was barely warm and very dry. Very little sauce. And finally his lemonade was very watered down. I won't send anything back because I wouldn't trust what I get back. So very disappointed!
I ordered from Applebees last night at 10:30pm after a long 12 hour shift. I was starving, but there was so much salt on my fries and the the mini Cinnabon bites. I was so disappointed! I rarely leave bad reviews, the salt was so bad I couldn't eat any of my food. How do you manage to put that much salt on a sweet desert?! I wasted my hard earned money on food I couldn't even force myself to eat. I even tried different parts of the meal and desert and still was too much. Hopefully they change that and the next person doesn't get the same experience I got
Had a lunch outing with a friend and the service was amazing. The food is good and the atmosphere is great.
So my husband and I were eating our dinner and we just happened to hear about an issue with one of another persons table. They didn’t get service for over and hour of being sat. It was quite a large table to. When the lady wanted to talk to a manager, the manager didn’t look at her or acknowledge her for the first few minutes of her talking, he just seemed like he didn’t care or wanted to make the situation right in anyways. She was being so polite to him aswell. I was not impressed with the way that manager acted. Was not a great experience for us.
We came in about an hour before they closed, and our service was WONDERFUL. The servers busted their butts and we had an awesome meal. The drinks were great, the apps came out so fast! Definitely a great experience, and definitely somewhere to go again.
A group of us went for your half price appetizers and had the best time! We ended up ordering dinner along with that. Great appetizers, wonderful dinner, nice atmosphere, and excellent, excellent service! P. S. Always remember to tip your servers! If you can afford to go out and eat you can afford to tip!
I have been here a few times over 3 years. Every time I would go, it was slow. I came in twice, waiting to be seated. A few employees saw me and ignored me. I say that because an older white couple came in and they sat them! While I was standing there waiting! This happened twice. Then finally, another time I got sat down with a menu. I was ready to order. It was slow, mind you. It took 30 minutes to get acknowledged by a server. I was ready to order since the long wait. Then another 15 minutes just to get a drink. When the food came to my table, I didn't receive silverware, napkins or refills. I was ready to go, but in total it took 1 hour and a half during slow hours just for a pasta.
The food was good and the place was great our server had a lil attitude
