The best waitress ever! So nice, very helpful and always checking up on me and my boyfriend. I loved the food, so cheesy and good chicken. I got the chicken Alfredo! So good, highly recommend. Owner so nice and helpful, asking us if everything is taking good :)
I usually come to this franchise once in a while, but out of all of the Applebees in my area, Brimfield is the best in quality, service, and environment. I occasionally come around 1:30 to pass busy hour so it’s much more calm. Wait time isn’t affected though, so don’t expect food service to be quicker at quiet times. The best deals are the 2 for $28 or 2 for $32 (highlighted on the back of the menu). If you’re new to Applebees, I highly recommend Fiesta Lime Chicken & Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp with the Spinach Artichoke Dip as your appetiser. (Photos also feature Plain Boneless Wings with Ranch (Appetiser), 4 Cheese Macaroni & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken, and Whiskey Bacon Burger.
My friend and I came here with an open mind after having a not so great experience at another location. We thought going to a new location would yield a better experience, but we were mistaken. The server was rude and inattentive. We got our appetizers before our drinks which took over 20 minutes for the bartender to make. I work in the service industry as well, and this type of service is just unacceptable. The food was not hot, and it was overall just not that good in general. We were very disappointed. Then, we decided to order a dessert and the dough was undercooked and rubbery. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced in a long time. We came there to watch the game, and instantly our server had an attitude because we wanted to stay awhile. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. Very very disappointed, and I will never come back.
AAron was a fantastic server who was friendly, speedy & passionate about his service to the patrons. Kitchen was slow but Aaron made up for it though. Apps were good & $5 holiday vodka drink was a sweet treat! Take care of good servers like Aaron or ask 4 him when u come in! Well done Mr. Biloxi, MS & Saints fan! Hostess could do more to help wait staff working hard like keeping the lobby clean etc !
We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and seated our server. Kaylee was very efficient .we put in appetizers she said do you mind if I wait five minutes that’s when they go on sale at half price. The food was good and the service was good , the restaurant was clean .
After they sat us they did not take our orders we left. It's up to staff to walk around and check if customer are being serviced .it was hardly busy. I can't copy and paste . We were here on visit . I won't go back for awhile. We went to another restaurant that we're proactive with their patrons.
our waitress was absolutely amazing and the food is always so great. but the hostess was very rude. i’ve had her two separate times and she was rude and blatantly rolled her eyes right in front of us BOTH times. i don’t remember her name but it was a female. other than her… everyone is wonderful :)
Food was good as always complaint it was a ciliacs safe order but the ciliacs safe salad was packaged in the same bag with mozzarella sticks and bread sticks
