Visited this Applebee's a few days ago and we were very happy with our service and food. Our server Kori was funny, friendly, and amazing at checking up on us.
We tried to submit the survey on our receipt to recognize him but the website glitched. Hope you see the shout out on here Kori. You're the best!
Came curbside to pick up an order came home and food was cold and not cooked all the way through and the order was incorrect. When we initially called the lady who answered was rude and had a complete lack of customer service. I have worked customer service for years and have never treated any customer as poorly as I was treated. I used to love it here. This was so disappointing ????
Kids and I haven't eaten there in years, so we decided to try it again.. the food was hot and really good... not covered in grease..our waitress was also amazing..extremely friendly to my kids..
I brought my child to Applebee's for their bday and left disappointed. Waiter was extremely nice but the service is so incredibly slow and it's not even half full. I called 3 hours ahead of time to ask specifically about the half priced appetizers. The woman told me yes appetizers are half priced after 9pm. I said oh okay thank you so much and she said mhm no problem and hung up. Here I am thinking I have budgeted the right amount for everyone (party of 6) could eat. Nope. I get the bill and that's when I'm told only select appetizers. My waiter brought it to his managers attention in which I explained what happened when I called and even showed and confirmed the phone number to the resturant and I provided my call log to prove I did call hours in advance. He said he knows who it was and she's not here right now. I'm not exactly sure what her being there has to do with the info I was given or the lack of info given when my order was taken. I don't appreciate that because we just moved from an entirely different state and like many many other Americans, we have to budget to the highest degree to do things like this. I could've cried at that table I just couldn't believe the info I was getting AFTER the fact. That's so harsh to do. Luckily I was able to borrow extra money but that now sets us back as if it wasn't a treat in the first place. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else and they get the info they asked for BEFORE they recieve the bill because that hurts the waiter as well. Thank you to my waiter Austin. I'm so truly sorry I didn't have more to tip you.
Side note the restaurant was pretty dirty for it to not even be half full. Food all over floors, crayons from families long gone, everything is sticky, etc.
Emily was our wonderful waitress! She took such great care of us! The new Quesadilla Salad I ordered was amazing. I was able to eat half of it the next day. My husband got the all you can eat boneless chicken wings and enjoyed having multiple flavors. Overall, we really enjoyed out experience. We had not been there together in years and it restored his interest to try Apple Bee's again in the future!
Just stopped here to get a quick lunch with my daughter, was seated promptly, then sat at our booth for 15 minutes with multiple servers going to tables around us. No one greeted us, no waters offered nothing. I got us up to leave and no one even acknowledged we were leaving.
Thank you to the fat light skin waitress for ruining a special day for us. I kept having to get up to talk to another waitress about napkins we needed, dipping sauce, our drinks, to go containers. Find yourself another job that u can sit your behind at. Walmart is more your speed.
I noticed on my Credit Card statement bartended changed the tip amount on my bill. I called the manager and he said it would be fixed, but still hasn't. Not sure what else to do but call it a loss and not go back.
