Best WLM Reviews
Waitress Alana is by far the best server we have ever had. The manager was amazing! We came for a small birthday party for our friend and Alana took the best care of us, laughed with us, and put up with group shenanigans!! Thank you Alana for making the night amazing! Thank you to the Manager as well!
Food okay , the waiter was not very attentive. We're just there for the happy hour so we didn't try real food.
I really liked the set up this establishment. The customer service was great with the host. Unfortunately the service with waitress wasn't the greatest. It wasn't busy. Maybe just on off day. This wouldn't be my first recommendation if wanting to eat at an Applebee's........
If I had ranked this a week ago, the food would have gotten 5 stars. That week, our burgers were cooked the way we ordered and the servings of fries were sufficient. We had a different cook this week or the cook was having a bad night. Burgers were not cooked to "no pink' and we received childlike portions of fries. The spinach artichoke dip was nowhere near as good as when we dine in. If this is what you get when you tip BEFORE receiving your food, I will no longer tip ahead of time. I feel what we received was not deserving of the tip I gave.
Emily was amazing, I had a great experience. The chicken sandwich was HUGE and very tasty. Would absolutely come back again.
My family came in for the $10 chicken sandwhich/burger deal. It did not disappoint. Service was attentive and kind. Manager even checked in.
My first plate was riblets and onion rings. The riblets were bony and dry looking the onion rings were about black. I immediately told the expeditor "No".... His response was ..." why, the onion rings?" Hello, " If you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it."
When my new plate came.... my server stood at the table with the screaming toddler for 2 or 3 minutes with my plate in her hand, cooling i guess?? It was my granddaughters birthday and I just wanted to enjoy my time. I take them to Applebee's all the time.... But never this one. Not ever before or ever again. Stillwater has the best Applebee's, hands down.
Great food at a great price. Got the chicken sandwich and it was super juicy. Jami’s service was amazing!
