Stood at the host stand for 10 minutes with no one greeting us, we watched 2 workers walk back and forth multiple times just making eye contact with us and never coming up to seat us. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren't just bad service. Ended up leaving and going to buffalo wild wings.
This is a great place to hang out with friends, go to dinner with family, or chill out by yourself and watch sports. Great place for a date night! Clean atmosphere, friendly staff, fast service and a great food and drink menu selection. This place is open late night also, and they offer half price appetizers during afternoon happy hour and from 9pm to close. This is definitely a go-to staple for all occasions. They have new menu items and drinks, which makes it fun to add to your meal.
The food was fresh and the service was very attentive. The place is old, but not in disrepair. The prices have unfortunately gone up, since the last time I was there; but otherwise it was an enjoyable experience.
It took a 15 min before anyone even asked us what we wanted to drink. There were two other tables taken in the restaurant. Then the waiter made a rude comment to me. Then my husband and mines food came out at different times to the point where I was done eating by time he got his. And my food wasn’t even cooked all the way where as my husbands was over cooked.
Horrible service. Waited for an hour for our order to even be taken then it came out wrong and missing a steak all together. When they brought out the steak it was not cooked correctly. Will not be going back to that location.
While we were glad your location was open on the 4th of July our experience was less than celebratory.
The location appeared tired and worn and our food was marginal at best.
Two of our group of eight ordered items that were on the 2 for special and the waitress didn’t offer to “add an appetizer in order to lower the bill and when asked about as the check came the wait staff didn’t help until the manager addressed it and lower the bill.
Overall, along with the quality of the food, I doubt if we will return.
I didn’t mind my shoes sticking to the ground when I walked in, because sometimes that promises a good time. Alas, this was not one of those times.
I ordered the Mac and cheese with chicken. I told my brother this cuisine is elite. Now he thinks I’m a liar. The cheese was water with with a hint of cheese flavor. The chicken tasted like it was left in the microwave for a few weeks.
I ordered a beer, and it was water with a few drops of bread flavoring. It was by far the flattest beer I’ve ever had.
My brother will never trust me again. I wish any of this was hyperbole but I’m typing this to distract myself from throwing up. The manager was nice!
Not a great experience.
The alredfo chicken and mac and cheese were both in a watery sauce. The chicken tasted like it was probably microwaved.
Also our server was more interested in speaking who looked to be the manager and was not attentive to our table what so ever.
