The restaurant needs a general upgrade. The place was dirty and dingy with dirt, rotting spots, wallpaper pealing, holes in the wall, grease on the walls, wood discolored and sticky to the touch. Air conditioning was good in the restaurant seating area but the bathroom felt like a sauna. Speaking of the bathroom, my shoes stuck to the floor and made a sucking noise as if my shoes were permanently stuck to the floor and being ripped off of the floor each time took a step even after I left the restaurant. Please remodel.
The glass I was given had some sort of red dirt on the outside. I didn’t get my mashed potatoes. They gave me fries instead. They did end up bringing me mashed potatoes but they were cold. The wrap was spicy and flavorful but again, what was supposed to be warm or hot was only lukewarm. We had to wait 38 minutes for our food.
I remember when Applebee's was a fairly nice restaurant to dine at. While the food and service were acceptable, the music and overall cleanliness of the place were not. The dining room looked like a boys play room with paint chipped banisters and some sort of explicit rap music playing that you typically do not want to hear while you are trying to have a date night with your wife!
Again, food was decent, as was the service. The experience beyond that was less than desirable.
The food looked better than it tasted and was overcooked, which was disappointing. My drink glass was disgusting from what looked like layers of soap scum. Service wasn't great either. My daughter finished her drink well before the server checked on us, and we had to ask for a refill. We sat for nearly 10 minutes after finishing our meals before seeing our server and requesting the check. Then we sat even longer than that before she actually brought the check to us. The sad part was that it wasn't even busy in there, so I don't know why service was so slow.
This location cannot get an order right when it is for pickup. Forgot an entire dessert and chicken tenders
Additionally shrinkflation must be a real thing cause $16 for this joke of a plate should be labeled as false advertising.

Does not go here unless you want to wait 10 minutes before being acknowledge at the door, 10 more minutes to be acknowledged at your table and then wait another 15 minutes to pay your check. On and not to mention to be sat down at unbelievable sticky table. I'm sorry but that is no way to impress out of state guests. That once upon a time really enjoyed Applebee's but not any more.
We ate there tonight and it was the WORST service I've EVER had! It started when we walked in the door it took 10 minutes for anyone to even talk to us. Then our server was absolutely horrible. We had to ask for a drink refill 3 times for the same drink. He brought out our food and my ribs were burnt burnt. And my boyfriends steak was not made right and his mash potatoes had a hard crust on the top of them. It took 30 to 40 mins to get our plates. And another 30 minutes to get my replacement food. Our server didn't come check on us at all during our wait. The management staff came out to talk to us with a big thing of chew in his mouth. Like really are you for really right now. They did comp our whole meal but we will NEVER go back there again.
The table next to us also had horrible service with a comp meal.
The staff just was not friendly and not on top of it at all. It was truly sad.
I took my replacement meal to go cause I just wanted to get out of there cause it was so bad.
I would leave zero stars but I have to leave a 1 star but my rating is really a zero star!
Did a pickup order and the speed/service was exceptional. What wasn’t exceptional is that you pay $14+ for a burger that is more bun than burger…. Will not be spending money here again since I go down the road to Steak & Shake and get two double cheeseburgers for $8.48.
It was awful! We needed a blanket & space heater it was so cold in this place. When our food came it was cold with in minutes! We would have ordered drinks but the thought of something cold to drink was out of the question! Trying to eat as fast as we could to get out of there, I discovered my salmon was sushi raw in the middle! Our waiter was very good and prepared another entire dish instead of just replacing the fish. We probably won't ever go back to this ice box location again.
