Christian was a great server, our dishes were removed when we were finished and we weren’t rushed to leave our table. He made sure our meal was right before leaving and checked back in multiple times. The boneless wings are always a hit and the new captains kickoff bucket was amazing!
I love this place ! Great food ! And great service everytime !!! One of the best servers I ever had and is my favorite is Ariana !!! Ariana gave us such great service , her vibe and the energy she gives us is just amazing !!! And the mozzarella sticks are awesome!
Lexa was our server and honey believe you me jimmy John’s fast ain’t got nothing on her lol no frfr this lady really deserves any and every tip that comes her way! Lexa made sure our food came fast and fresh each and every time. We had ordered the endless rib, shrimp, and boneless wings deal. Before we could finish our plates she was already putting in the next order. She had a friendly go get it attitude and serviced each table with the same enthusiasm! Her service was greatly appreciated today! Her smile was so warm and inviting. Thank you so much Lexa in giving me hopes that some waitresses do still care about the customers ;) your awesome
I stopped in this Applebee's After a Long Holiday Weekend. And I Have to Say I'm glad I did!!! Christian at the Bar was Sweet and Kind. His Service was on Point and Offered Specials. The Manager Maria came and Made Us Feel Welcomed and Told Us to Come Back to Visit this Location Again. I Will Do Just That! Thank You for an Awesome End to Our Weekend
The server and the cook/manager probably should rethink there whole job situation. It feels to me that the higher ups of Applebee's would be more focused on there customers and actually making money from them. But it appears not! Not serving legal age adults drinks after 3 of them without ordering food is crazy. Especially after none of these people are acting in any kind of crazy way, but are actually more calm and cool than the actual waitress. Meanwhile people are sitting at the bar for hours getting wasted. Ain't that crazy? But then again I left with no problems and left a tip for my original waitress. I'm just shocked at this point, like how is this even possible??????
I had dinner there the other day and Vanessa was my server. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Shaina was the manager on duty and she was very helpful and came to our table a few times to check on us . The food was amazing and came out hot and fast. All around great experience!
Stopped by here after traveling home for the holidays, and let me tell you, it’s been way too long since I’ve hit up an Applebee’s. This place did NOT disappoint. From the moment we walked in, it was smooth sailing—greeted with a warm welcome and seated faster than I could say “I’ll take the mozzarella sticks.” We kicked things off with appetizers that came out hot, fresh, and ready to make me regret not ordering more. Our server was an absolute legend—super friendly, attentive, and refills appeared before I even had time to ask. The entrees? Piping hot, bursting with flavor, and 100% delicious. Every staff member was on point, and even the kitchen manager, Kelsey, swung by to check in and make sure everything was perfect. When was the last time that happened? Never, that’s when. At least not at the Applebees in MY hometown. Safe to say, I’ll be back for sure—and probably bringing some friends next time.
