A decent meal for the price you pay, with a cozy feel and friendly staff.
The fries are really good, they have a unique seasoning on them and the sauces were all great too.
Not sure if it happens often, but our meal for five of us was all a bit on the colder side so no perfect score... Felt a bit like it was just frozen food, except for the burger.
Overall, it's okay.
We were greeted right away, a comfortable vibe here. The service was very good. Our server was attentive, friendly, and really great! The food was good, consistent with Applebee's. A plus for me, not all restaurants make the effort. Thank you Applebee's ????
Another visit on a quiet night, and yet another time I walked out because no one ever showed up to take my drink order or acknowledge my presence. Others were waiting in silence with me in a remote cold area of the restaurant.
Bad service, Bad atmosphere!
Plenty of seating closer to the main area where you are visible and it's warmer, no sign of the manager to supervise disfunction.
We went at lunch time and there was hardly anyone there. We thought, perfect! Our waitress was good and very attentive, but it took forever. Thank goodness I didn't have to worry about being back on time....a quick lunch I thought would be 35-50 minutes. We were there for almost an hour and a half. Aside from that, the food was good, the waitress was nice and attentive, it just took too long for an empty restaurant.
My wife and I just moved to the area so after a long day of moving and all that bs it was lovely to get something a little more than just fast food but still had the speed of fast food. Had no clue they had a drive thru for online orders. That was quite convenient. Food was also really good. Always recommended chicken and shrimp and my wife loved her chicken penne.
The carside togo pickup staff NEED to be trained to greet the people at the window better. This is the 4th time I've come where i have had to wait like 10 minutes and ring the little bell at the window like 5 times before someone even comes to greet me. Even if my order is not ready, the customer should be greeted and updated about their order when they arrive. It’s unacceptable for not 1 member of staff to even come to the window to greet them.
So my wife wanted to go out for dinner tonight, so we decided on Applebee's, since we haven't been there in years! So we walked in, and it wasn't very busy. We were seated quickly, and the service was good. We ordered our food, and that's when it went bad. My wife ordered a half order of ribs with mashed potatoes, I ordered the 4 cheese mac cheese with pepper chicken tenders . First off, the ribs had almost no meat, and the potatoes were cold!!!!! And my order wasn't much better, the penne noodles that they used for my Mac n cheese were also cold!!! The cheese sauce had the consistency of water and absolutely no flavor. The tree chicken tenders that came with it were the smallest I've ever seen!!! And if that wasn't bad enough, when I was cutting up the chicken tenders, wait for it!!!!!! I found a hair in my food!!!!!!! That was it, I was done after that. So, zero quality control, we definitely won't be going back to Applebee's again. I would definitely not recommend eating there.
When I ordered the waitress did not take the complete order. So she didn't bring everything I wanted. Once we got our food we couldn't eat because we had to wait on silverware and napkins. That was approximately 10 minutes. When the food came it wasn't the complete order and I figured that she would bring the rest of the food. I said nothing and nothing else was brought out. Once we got the bill I realized that she had not written down the complete order. While we were there a couple across the aisle from us got their food and they had to wait for their silverware. They were not that busy. I was really disappointed with them. They used to be good. I don't think that I will be going back there anymore.
