So far I am really impressed with the atmosphere and the ambiance of this Applebee's establishment.
More importantly, they provide a nice cozy temperature that gets you excited to try their meals.
The music selection here is mixed even though the clientele appears to be all black Americans at this time. Maybe management should pay close attention to this detail.
Overall, I hear a lot of cheer, laughter, and individuals enjoying themselves. I'm here with my daughter and wife and we are enjoying ourselves for a 7:30 dinner.
We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. We got to our table at 8:13. It is now
8:27. No waitress water or utensils. Then people that came after us was waited on. It seems like there is a waiter war at this location bc that was wild. Time now is
8:29 still nothing but menus.
The waiter finally came over and informed us she was triple side(what does that even mean ) Then she rushed off.
Several customers left because they didn't have alcohol for 4 of the Muchos drinks. She finally came and took our order at 8:34. Food arrived at 8:55
MAKAYLA was great. Once she got going fast friendly attentive service. It was like we were her only concern in the restaurant even as her section began to fill up.
Arrived at 430 told 15-30 minutes..only 2 servers bartender training..seated at 5:05 no milk for coffee? No RANCH!! for Salad..no parmasian for shrimp & steak entray..thank God food was good..
Bad management...GM AND MANAGER ON SITE DOING NOTHING. Until people started to complain...
Myself and my family visited the restaurant on August 16, 2024 at or around 9pm. We was seated as A party of four, Myself, My husband, and my two boys. The waitress provided us with 2 glasses of water as though my kids don’t drink water. I was hoping she would return with to more glasses for my children but she didn’t. Our Appetizer arrived in a timely fashion and it was fresh, However we was not provided napkins, So we asked for napkins which took 30mins to receive. Our dinner arrived pretty early I’m assuming because it was old , I ordered a half slab of ribs which tasted though it was cooked three day’s ago, I mean we know left overs right? My 6 yr old son food didn’t come out until 15-20 after we received our dinner. Remind you I asked the waitress will you remember out entire order without writing it down. Moreover the waitress had really terrible Energy I could feel the demons on her while communicating with her, you could tell she didn’t want to be there , and she assumed we wasn’t good tippers possibly why she never communicated with us with a smile or kind gesture. The place was close to empty I see why, The food is old left overs from 3 days before. It tasted gross and looked gross. I chose not to complain because I wanted my kids to enjoy dinner out and family time as myself and there Dad work five days per week. I would not recommend this restaurant nor will I return. Only thing I can say nice is when I visited previously on my son birthday April 23, 2024 the male server was kind nice, and had great Customer Service, the food was not left overs on April 23, 2024.
This is my first time at Applebee's. The food was great, in regard to taste and prices. Service was OK, we went on Sunday at dinner time, it was OK, not busy. We were 2, bill came around 45 excluding tip!
I went with another veteran on Veterans Day, and we really enjoyed ourselves. I really appreciate this business for thinking about the vets and showing us so much love. The food was so good!! Thank you again ????
Worst cook tonight!!! I don't know what went wrong tonight but the cook clearly didn't give a damn. Asked for sautéed onions but my onions was raw and bland etc everything was undercooked. Maybe they didn't feel like doing their job tonight. Smh
I was going to let it slide when they didn’t cut my quesadilla burger. It’s supposed to be cut. It’s really hard to hold because it’s so big. But when I bit into it and saw that it was raw I was pissed. So not only did yall throw it together and didn’t have time to cut it. But yall couldn’t even make sure it was COOKED PROPERLY???? Now if I get sick I’m filing a lawsuit! Y’all weird for this. I can eat medium, I can even do medium rare, or rare, but this is RAW!
