I visit this restaurant often when I am in town. The staff changes but the service remains upstanding. Good food amazing staff and a positive atmosphere for friends or family to hangout, watch a game, or stop by for a quick break after shopping at the mall.
This place is falling apart little by little. Poor customer service, bad atmosphere, mainly at the Bar… Solano Mall Town Center must pay attention to this place. Was a wonderful place a years ago! Now it’s a mess.
Had a good time at the restaurant thanks to Paige! She was super friendly, on top of things, and made sure we were all set the whole time. Her good attitude and attentive service made the meal great. Hoping to get her as my server again!
The burger was as good as can be expected. Not the best, but with Applebee’s, you can’t go wrong for the price.
Haven’t been to any Applebee’s in more than 20 years. Went to the Fairfield location last night and have to say I wasn’t impressed by the food. The Service was understanding and above standard. Doubt if I will ever go back to any Applebee’s—the food just isn’t worth it in my opinion.
Ordered 2 bourbon mushroom Swiss burgers with extra onions. The first picture is what we got. Immediately was disappointed without even tasting it; didn’t look anything like the picture. Ate 3-4 fries and they were lukewarm—not freshly fried????.
Sent both orders back without touching the burgers & of course the situation was rectified; I could tell the Server felt bad. But yeah, paid $15.78 plus tax & .99 for extra onions on each of these plates. Honestly, even in the final picture (second one)—wasn’t worth what I paid in total for 2 burger meals & 1 lemonade $37.77.
**The burgers tasted homemade with sauce drizzled on it, I’d give it a 6 out of 10. Next time we’ll skip Applebee’s and go elsewhere to avoid the disappointment. The fries were fresh the second time around though.
Paige was friendly and checked in on me from time to time to see if I need anything. The shrimp Alfredo pasta was delicious. Only reason why I am giving four stars is because it give off local bar vibes instead of “I’m in a fancy 5 star” restaurant. Great for family though.
Went to have a lunch with my daughter and all three employees that served us were awesome. The server checked on us several times and brought the correct drinks and made sure our food was correct.
She must have gone on break when our food was ready though because the manager delivered our food to the table and mentioned how my daughter ordered her chicken a special way and he wanted to try it that way next time. He made some small talk and brought us napkins. Very kind and we could tell he is doing a great job training his staff.
Ordered the 2 for $29.00 meal with salads and the 6oz Sirloin Steak, garlic mashed potatoes, and seasoned broccoli, which was excellent. The salads were huge enough for two servings. Our waitress Terilyn was personable, attentive, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Love this place. Affordable and close to home.
