This place is my go-to lunch spot. They have happy hour on appetizers! My server was Alec, he was fast and friendly. Extremely attentive but not too much where it interrupts anything. Other staff members were kind and professional. I'll definitely be back.
WHOEVER WAS IN THE KITCHEN LAST NIGHT!!!…OMG!!! *Chef’s Kiss* it was the BEST pasta I’ve had so far from here.
I only order 1 of 2 things when I come because I don’t eat meat. 1 is the Impossible burger and 2 is the broccoli fettuccine Alfredo (sub chicken for Impossible patty).
Service is great most of the time. Here & there, you’ll get ignored but it’s not often enough to complain about.
You’ll have an enjoyable time here.
Customer service not so great, came in on a slow Tuesday afternoon & waited about 20 minutes to get sat down. No hostess seen anywhere & any of the staff could’ve said “hey we’ll be with you shortly” nothing like that, no acknowledgement even when they saw us. Started to contemplate just walking out. Food was okay at best, kind of bland. Won’t be dining here again.
Gilbert was an extremely great chief at the Chilli’s restaurant. I am a person that enjoys to dine in at different restaurants whether it is a five star restaurant or basic restaurant. Although as a child, I have always been a picky eater, but I am pretty fair when dining in at different restaurants. When I order my dinner on tonight, I was so detail the way I order to the point I thought it would be incorrect as prepping. Gilbert cook the dinner exactly how I order. I am extremely please with the way the order was presented. It was very flavorful, season, cooked with meaning, and serve fresh and hot, also.????
My experience here is some of the best I've ever had. Every visit is a warm welcoming and fun experience. All Bartenders are amazing. Krystal always says hello.
Johnny our server was great! Personable, charismatic, friendly and attentive. The food was good too however this review is mainly for Johnny.
Lunchtime at Applebee's in Loma Linda with the crew. The Burger was delicious. Cooked to pink perfection. It was tender and juicy. The fries were hot and crispy. My diet Pepsi was cold and refreshing. We were there for lunch so it was busy but our server was on it. I give it 5 stars, worth checking out for sure. Very reasonably priced too.
We had a little hiccup with our first order and we called to speak to a manager. We spoke to Anna and she replaced our meal for us without hesitation to ensure we were happy. We definitely did not anticipate or expect them to replace the meal. But, we are definitely satisfied with the outcome. And will come back more often to enjoy the atmosphere and food!
