I arrived and was seated and the host didn’t give me a menu or anything. She then went inside and came back out with two females with menus for them and everything. Then someone came out to take their order as if I wasn’t here first and sitting. I hope it wasn’t because I’m black and they’re white. I do know it was very rude because my money spends just like theirs. My food came out cold I told the waitress and she acted shocked.
We had a great time at this Applebee's. Our server Brittany was really nice and made our visit special. The food was tasty and came out fast. The place felt cozy and fun. We'd come back again, and we hope to get Brittany as our server next time!
Amanda M was an excellent host for us and a great server. We had our one year old who is messy and strong willed, and she loved Amanda. We had everything we needed while we ate and had great music to listen to which the baby loved too. I had the quesadilla burger and it was great. My husband had the 4 piece strips over Mac and cheese, with spicy wing sauce. He liked the sauce and chicken, but the Mac and cheese wasn’t that great. It was a great family outing.
Food was great, server came about 5-6 minutes after we were seated. Very slow and had to ask for refill on drinks, finally smiled when she took payment. The food though, excellent.
Our server last night, Kat was THE BEST! She was so helpful and kind taking our orders and being as attentive as can be! We will come back here as much as possible because of her! She was so quick getting our food to us, and making sure we had everything we needed.
We were looking for somewhere to stop by for a quick bite for dinner and found this little gem.
I honestly was expecting anything out of the ordinary, but the grilled chicken served at this Applebee's location is the best I've had at any restaurant or fast food restaurant.
I'm not sure if it's the same grilled chicken made at every location but it was amazing and perfect. Balanced with taste, texture, etc.
The hostess today (December 22nd) not accommodating at all with handicap persons and had an attitude with another couple there as well. If she didn’t want to work she should’ve not shown up. She. Actually left the hostess stand and didn’t return. Would have loved to eaten, but went to another restaurant.
They were super short staffed but the staff that was there was friendly. The food could have been better. I ordered two $1 margaritas they were sweet but good.
