We ordered the: Classic chicken Alfredo $15.99 , shrimp Parmesan $15.99, plain burger & fries not sure of that price possibly $15.99 ??? Total was $66 for two adults and one child including our drinks two sprites and one iced tea.
It was a typical experience here. The staff were nice, the wings were under sauced, and the burger was good. Got to love the 2 for $25 deal but nothing to write home about overall.
I had ordered after work. We had worked late today and decided to order. We've gone here for almost 5 years. Never had a issue until tonight. I was eating my club house grill sandwich and I almost choked. I pulled out some wax papper with melted cheese from my mouth. Since then my throat has been feeling like I have something stuck. I've called an td the manager. Returned the food to show them the wax paper that was in my food . They remade my order and gave me a free desert but unfortunately I'm traumatized from eating wax paper I couldn't eat after that. Drank lots of the water

Applebees is a classic easy dine in restaurant that I’ve always loved. This location was quick and has a friendly staff. There is welcoming vibe and family environment here. I highly recommend coming here!

I'm a sucker for their club sandwiches & waffle fries. Usually my go to when I don't know what I want for lunch. Have ordered 3 times now from them, to go and each time I was satisfied & employees are super nice & helpful.
Will keep coming back for lunch/dinner ????
My wife and I eat at Applebee's in Rapid City every Saturday after church. The service and atmosphere is always great. I give the food a 5 star rating overall, but occasionally something doesn't come out cooked the way I ordered it, but they always correct the problem. So here's why I give this Applebee's a 4 out of 5 star rating. I've told the on duty manager on several occasions that the restrooms aren't clean or needs attention. This is an ongoing problem I wish management would be more proactive about.
Mitchell did an amazing job especially with being down two servers and a bartender. That man needs a pay raise. He made up for the missing employees. He was kind, understanding and very professional.
We love Applebees but this day we came in was absolutely terrible. We came in when it wasn’t busy at all so the service to get sat was quick but we asked for a booth and they told us no. We ordered a margarita and there was salt on not even half the rim. We ordered wings for an appetizer and there was hair on it. They then brought out my parters steak and there was hair on that too! I didn’t even want to touch my food. Our server was not apologetic AT ALL. No apology was said from her. The manager was nice and apologetic. Overall, not a good day for Applebees! Do better!!
