Had lunch there today with my family had a great experience. Can’t remember waitress name but she was fantastic. We didn’t have to ask for anything.
Team could use some retraining on packaging orders and order accuracy.
Ordered delivery and a large portion of my food was inedible. Ordered the classic combo- quesadilla without pico, ranch instead of marinara. Received quesadilla with a lot of pico. Had ranch and marinara crammed into the container it smashed the mozzarella sticks flat. Chips for the dip were full of oil and chewy.
Maybe it’s better if you go inside.
Best service.. The waitress remembered me and my order from 6 months ago (I travel to this city every 3 months). I was impressed. The food was great and the service was even better.

Never been to an Applebee's before. I came here to try their exclusive Mountain Dew flavor. The mountain dew was good, but the rest of the experience was not worth it.
If you like slow (albeit nice) service, overpriced and under-flavored food that makes you sick, and the ambience of screaming children at every single table, then this is the perfect place for you. The alcohol is super cheap though, so at least there's that.
I used to love Applebee's, but this one reminded me of why I haven't been there in 6 years. The service was subpar, the lady who seated us acted like it was a complete inconvenience to get up to seat us, because she had to fold napkins. The chicken and shrimp that I got was like chewing rubber, and what in the hell is going on with the STICKY TABLES? My arm almost stuck to the table, I had to lay napkins down just to be able to eat comfortably! I would not recommend nor will I return.
Customer service at this establishment is horrible sad really a job as simple as walking food to tables and they can't even get that right. The server was absolutely rude and the manager was even worse. Needless to say we won't be going back there.
Was there 11/4 besides the fact they were Way! Understaffed, lost a lot of business at the door when people were showing up and turning and leaving because of the grouchy lady that was the greeter, anyway,, I ordered a 19$ medium well Sirloin, it literally looked like a burnt hockey puck, I didn't want to complain, nobody there looked happy with their job, and I did say medium well, lol gave it a 2 star, the fries weren't bad..
Went here with my fiancé and her family to celebrate her parent's anniversary. Staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the margaritas really hit the spot. Would definitely eat here again.
