Best WLM Reviews
We were sat instantly and our server Nadia was FANTASTIC. She was so sweet and attentive and checked on us multiple times. Food was great. Atmosphere was neat and clean. Overall a good experience
Best customer service I’ve had! I came in last night and my food wasn’t the best, it was cold and hard. I didn’t expect much of a response but the manager legit drove to me the next day (I drive a tour bus with a soccer team) and brought me a remake of my order. I was floored at how quickly and promptly the response was. Jamal, thank you and you have no idea how much that meant to me. Bus drivers are usually considered sub par and ignored, but you came through!
Applebee's Grill & Bar food is pretty Consistent from one visit to the next. We called in and I ordered Riblets Platter . It came with plenty Riblets , fries and slaw. We also ordered 4 Cheese Mac and Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. It also came with a Bread stick . My wife said that they were some of the best tenders she had in a long time. Everything fresh and hot and ready when I arrived . Thanks for all the Hard Work Applebee's ! And Thanks Again !
Again disappointed to the max won't be back. Mac and cheese tasted like generic kraft husband ordered steak medium rare it was well done and they didn't put liquor in my drink .
Hadn't been in a while. But was so pleased to see great service, better food, college football. Even ran into some good family and friends groups. Thank Nadia for being so awesome and attentive. As a local. I'll be coming back again and again
This was our first visit to the Greenwood Applebee's. As soon as we stepped in the door, we were greeted by a manager and staff.
Tom Cat was a great server! I have some food sensitivities and they were so willing to work with that and make my food too order. Our appetizer of pub pretzels and beer cheese was amazing!!
All our entrees were delicious!
As we sat there and ate and watched the interaction of the employees with each other and the guests we were very impressed! The managers were present and engaging. And helping to get the work done. We will be back! ????????????????
I've been to this location multiple times in the evening. My servers have always been very pleasant. The food is average though, Ive only ordered the sampler and a burger. My fav is the spinach dip. The perfect marguerita is good as well.
I just want to say that this was the best Applebee's I've been to so far 06/28/23. The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a woman named Jasmin. She was super sweet, very inviting, alert & attentive. Jasmine actually ended up being our server. She was very knowledgeable & had the biggest smile ever. I wasn't in a good mood & she truly brightened up my day. I observed the manager go table to table, making sure the customers had what they needed. He, too, had a great smile & was very nice. Price was good for 2 people & food was good too. Food came our fast & nice hot as well. Thank you, Jasmine, for your great customer service.
