Dr. Paul was quick and efficient. He does well explaining things so you know what to expect and what is going on. His assistant R.J. was so kind and also informative about post op expectations and instructions. They both made me feel calm and comfortable during my extraction. I highly recommend them
I am incredibly frustrated with this office i can't afford to take off work. I schedule my daughter's appointments in advance so I don't have to request time off. Due to them over booking they must reschedule me and if I want the same time frame I have to book another 5 weeks out. This is ridiculous! When I asked to speak to someone else she said they will call me back sometime by the end of the week... it's Monday.
If I could give more than a 5 star review, I would! I have major anxiety when it comes to dentists. The dental assistant helped keep things smooth and as painless and calm as possible and had the best bedside manner! The dentist was so fast ai swear he was like a ninja! But did a fantastic job and was super nice too.
I truly can not express how amazing my experience was here. I had both upper wisdom teeth removed here yesterday while I was awake. I was terrified. I have severe anxiety and asked them all kinds of questions they were happy to answer. They kept me comfortable the whole time, I was even laughing after they numbed me up. The removal did not hurt at all!! I did not feel a thing and I was so calm and relaxed due to the atmosphere and the laughing gas. This facility is amazing, but Oswaldo and Dr. Paul were absolutely phenomenal! I can not express how well they did. The removal of both teeth took less than a minute! They are truly amazing and I would recommend this to anyone!!
absolutely not. fine at first but the past 2 months have just been a scheduling nightmare. they changed the days for ortho at the valley location. I asked to go to a different location as that was thr best day for my schedule. they said sure. scheduled us. day of get a call doctor is sick. fine. get rescheduled to the next week. get there, wait 20 minutes for them to tell me they can't do the appointment. try and call and no one will answer. the time my daughter had an emergency they told us it would be weeks. would not recommend at all.
Do not go here! I have never had such terrible service. We have been waiting for a prior auth for 5 months for my 11 year old daughter, I called insurance and they said they contacted Apple 1 month ago and haven't heard back. Apple does not respond, does not give you updates, does not get in a hurry for anyone, does not care about their patients. I've tried calling them several times, left voicemails, but they will absolutely NOT pick up the phone nor will they call you back. This process has took entirely too long because they refuse to do their job. Not to mention, we have shown up for appointments 3 different times for them to tell us they can't find us on the schedule (yes, I was at the right location). Then last week we stopped by at 4:15pm (because definitely can't get in touch over the phone), and they were already closed. They're not supposed to close until 5pm, and the receptionists were sitting in there laughing and talking with the door locked. They saw us but couldn't be bothered to get up and actually help because I guess they just wanted to get off work an hour early. I honestly don't see how this place is still open. We've decided to go somewhere else for braces ($3000 more if insurance denies), and we will gladly pay that difference just to never have to deal with Apple again!! (Spokane Valley location)
I made the huge mistake of doing braces here for my 13 year old daughter. He first appointment she came out crying because they were so incredibly rough with her. She was 12 at the time. Now there's 5 broken brackets in one visit! We make all her appointments, and we're just here in September. Another thing, they let us sit and wait 45 minutes before I went up to see why is taking so long and that's when they informed me that I had to prepay for the broken brackets before they would call her back. I think they use cheap, crappy glue on purpose to make more money at $25 a bracket. It feels like a scam. My other daughter had braces for 2+ years and never had a single broken bracket with her dentist back in CA. My daughter is on a special diet, and I know she's not eating stuff she shouldn't, so this is BS. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Go ANYWHERE, but here.
Glad the nurse and worker was very informative and made things feel ok. As a single mother and previously homeless it was nice to see my son happy about his smile again.
