My name is Shateeva Lofton and I wanna say that apple inn is A Great room to stay at long or short term. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. Area real quiet and respectful. I will definitely be staying here again. Also the prices are great you can't beat them.
I just love the people who run the place there just so nice and there's always a room available when I go by
HORRIBLE!!!; EXTRA ON THE HORRIBLE. Rooms are filthy,nasty, atticks and drug dealers everywhere. Water got cut off no refund. People in the office are rude and it's stinks
The covers and sheets always had burnt holes in them, the freezer always built up ice to where the door wouldn't close unless you found a way to make it melt, my room flooded and they never cleaned it nor switched me to another room, the sink flooded all the time so you couldn't really run it, the stove never worked so you could only cook microwavable food or you had to order out and the power constantly went out especially back when we had those freezing temperatures back in December because at one point my power was out for almost two hours and there was no way to warm myself up and they never apologized or even offered a discount for the inconvenience and then twice the power to the refrigerator went out for almost 4 hours and in both this instance and the power going out during the winter storm all I kept getting was call back in an hour when the owners get back and each hour I was told that. I wouldn't recommend unless it's a last resort. I'm glad I didn't have my little princess visit me during the storm because I would've felt terrible if she was stuck in the cold there.
So I booked a room here for a week.. And my first was horrible... This room is very very nasty.. There are roaches everywhere Mildew in AC unit along with different types of food and other items.. The tub Has mildew in the corner of the walls the tub is two different colorsMildew on the walls in the restroomThe sink had a leak in itThey made only had two large dirty towels in the room. The microwave was all burnt up on the inside.Didn't get any sleep because roaches was crawling in the bed with meI would never go back to this roomIt is not worth 380 for a week.
I have never stayed in a motel where the managers were always in and out of their office area, helping their customers and walking around making sure everyone had what they needed. It was comforting to know that they were always looking after the place, especially in a huge city. Also, I've never been to a place that had housekeeping during the day and the night. The front lobby was nice looking and clean. Our room was always clean and the bed was made up every day, with fresh towels and bath mats were supplied daily as well. It was a very nice, quiet place to stay. We had everything we needed. The hotel management was reserved, yet friendly and always ready to help.
Not your 4star but for those on a small budget can rent and maybe feel comfortable. It's trying to do a face lift to their rooms so give better review when they have finished.
If I could give this place no stars I would. But yeah I got a room yesterday and it was a Jacuzzi suite. So the room was absolutely horrible. So I go back and tell them and they So no refund. Of course they was going to say that so I cleaned the room myself and then the water was working just fine but a couple hours later the water did not work at all. The toilet the sink and the tub so I went and told them. And they was rude about it and then told me if I stayed again today. That they would give me a discount so I left last night and went home. I took the L but the whole point od DO NOT WHEN I SAY DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL! Very horrible place over priced for a messed up room very Unprofessional
