Best WLM Reviews

We are staying at the hotel and have now had several breakfasts here. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. One day the yolks on my Benedict were fully cooked, but otherwise the food is excellent. Four kinds of eggs Benedict, strawberry pancakes, and breakfast burritos are among our favorite choices. Ham is like gammon.
It was easy to order without meat and the fresh berries are a treat!
The only negative is the music they play on a loop over and over.
Did a quick visit at Monterey and we found this restaurant. I do really recommend the French toast, they were really good. If you’re a big fan of bacon and ham, I would definitely recommend that, the bacon was thick and crispy, the ham was a big piece and so delicious. We also had orange juice and it was soooo good. The price for the food wasn’t so bad because it was in a large portion which we really liked and had difficulty finishing. Lol
I also do recommend the apple pancakes, there are pieces of apple inside the pancake, which made them taste 10x better. The inside of the restaurant was super clean and bright, our waiter was super friendly as well. When we first got to the restaurant, it was difficult to find the main entrance, but my overall experience was pretty good. We would definitely be coming back!
Breakfast we excellent. Service as well. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
The food was fresh, perfectly done, and the portions were well sized. Their homemade biscuits are excellent! Highly recommend this as a stop for breakfast.
Food was awesome.
Chicken fried steak and eggs were top notch. Some of the best gravy that I ever had.
Apple Fritter Pancakes were very good. The pie filling on top was a bit much, but I took it off and put butter and syrup and it was terrific!!!
Our server Mikai was great. Good personality and very helpful.
We will be back!
This place used to be amazing great food and great atmosphere, unfortunately the new owners have slashed the hours, the staff and destroyed the atmosphere. I hope they restore it before it’s too late. Staff was amazi the bakery was delicious. I was able to go back and the menu has drastically changed, the server was over worked and had no time for pleasantries. They were out of the country fried steak, they only have 9 breakfast items and they were out of one. I miss the preserves, the old menu, the atmosphere. The bakery has hints of their ability to still make the dishes they used to be known for but very minimal the pecan bread pudding was amazing.
I'm from east of Visalia, CA. and used to stop by regularly when on busness trips to buy a blackberry pie, to take home, but I hadn't been there in approximately two years. The young man at the counter explained the restaurant has new owners (approx 1-1/2 yrs ago). I explained I wanted to buy a pie, he said ok, he stated he was checking to see if there was a fresher pie for us. I said great. I went to the restroom and my girlfriend waited for the pie and pay. The young man told her it was already pre-cut, so she paid for the pie and we drove home. When I got home and opened the box, the pie pieces were spread apart to appear as a whole pie. It was very apparent this pie was previously cut, and a piece served to someone, but then presented to her as a whole pie $27.00 + change. All the pies I bought in the past had never been pre-cut. I'm really upset by the dishonestly of this. I want my money back due to this dishonest practice. I took a picture of this pie. I don't know if I will receive reimburse on my card, but I will never return. I was really disappointed, never under old ownership did this ever happen. Shame on you young man at the counter who did this, and the ownership of they allow this practice. I wished I had seen it prior to purchasing, I would never had bought the pie. I guess I relied on my experience from past service and product. Shame on them. I tried to call, but it was approx. 11:45 am, no one answered, (website said closed at 11:00 am, so I will call tomorrow.
The restaurant is very warm and cozy. The apple cuisines are exquisite. We love the apple pie and apple dumpling. Also, the corn bread is unforgettable, especially when going with their honey better.
They serve very thick soup here, which may not be our favorite. The boysenberry jam is nice, though the boysenberry pie is a bit too sweet.
We had a lovely time at the Apple Farm restaurant. The wait to get in was pretty short (despite us having 6 people). The food was super filling and a good portion. Our service was so great (thanks Mary) and we loved meeting the baker, Paul, who gave us so much info about the items he had made that day. The pricing is comparable for the area.
