I enjoyed the Chicken Fried Steak breakfast with a side of Pancake. Very tasty!
The location is also surrounded by a nice selection of lodging and shopping areas.

For years, I've been driving past the billboards advertising Apple Annie's, and finally, I had a chance to visit as I had business in town. My hotel (Comfort Suites) was within walking distance. I had the quick thought of eating In n Out, but I stuck with my initial choice.
Upon entering, I was kindly greeted by the lady at the cashiers booth. She was busy, and after completing some tasks, she invited me to sit where I wanted to. I looked over the menu, and the choices were plentiful. I figured I'd try one of their burgers as a test. If you can't make a good burger, then you're probably not doing well with the rest of your dishes.
The burger was pretty darn good. Just like the customer service I experienced. I can not remember the names of the three people who helped me, but they all did a great job.
The place is nicely decorated and appeared to be clean. Take a look at the other customer reviews where you'll read better descriptions and plenty of great pictures. I suggest giving Apple Annie's a visit, you won't be disappointed.
I loved the atmosphere in the venue. The interior design made the whole experience much better. The food was really tasty and the portions were perfect size for me (unlike in many other places nearby). I ordered a burger and I can definitely recommend that.
Food and service was great, it was very evident that the food was scratch made, the country gravy and hollandaise were on point. Portions were large (lots of left overs) and the staff was extremely friendly.
This is a great place to eat. You won’t be disappointed. Lunch or Dinner make sure to try the Apple pie. With a working payphone.
I have been wanting to stop here for years and finally did. It did not disappoint. The food was good and fast. My son ordered a waffle and said it was the best one he has had.
We had a great time at this place. It was chosen randomly due to location as a mid point between two cities. It is conveniently located just off the freeway. The food was very good. The portion sizes are large. Beware of asking for a side of potatoes. You need at least two people to eat them. I was extremely impressed with the service. Highly recommend!!
This diner has a retro vibe from the 80's located off Hwy 99 in Tulare, Ca. The menu has a great variety of choices. No wonder it's a popular spot.
