A very basic place to stay, but makes sense for the price. The room itself was clean enough, the bed comfortable. No bugs as far as we can tell. The furniture a bit aged, the bathroom (with a few moldy residues) could use an update. Overall ok for the price, just don’t expect too much.
Absolutely DISGUSTING. We didn’t stay here. Thankful we chose to lose the money & grab another room.
The only thing good about this place is the location and it’s not even the best area. The entire room was disgusting. The bed sheets and comforter was stained, the pillows were flat and stained. The seal around the door was broken in several places letting bugs and hot air in. The bathroom shower was dirty as well as stool being in the toilet. Also, construction across the parking lot started at 7am. No warning about that going on. I DO NOT recommend anyone staying here unless you’re completely okay with staying in filth. I wish I had gotten more photos but I was ready to get the heck out of there.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Our beds were literally disgusting, absolutely stained. Our bathroom was also very gross, the toilet seat being stained and unclean. There is blood, piss and unknown stains on these sheets. There wasn’t even a fitted sheet on the beds just the sickeningly stained mattress cover. Idk how they have 4 stars when this is absolutely ridiculous, literally so disgusting. I can’t imagine coming here with kids.
I went to the front desk to ask for a new room and was told nothing was available. When I told the front desk lady our room was nasty she was rude and didnt offer any help. I asked for new sheets and was given them but honestly it’s the whole room and bed not even just the sheets. They do not offer refunds also. Do not stay here.
I've read all the reviews and i think its time someone wrote something positive..its 2020 and things hsve changed at the Apple annies !! It's low key and quiet and respectful !! I have/had one of the nicer rooms and I made it like home! Theirs different hotels for different folks, and this one fits me just fine..its a great stepping stone for me!! They have new tv's and dressers and tables and chairs and have clean big free rooms..i have not seen a bug since being here !! Their not a upedy hotel, yea its in the hood kinda but they don't rent rooms to people who cause trouble !! And this hotel has been great for the ones of us that aren't expecting the most for the least. Gotta have some savage in ya to stay here, lol !!! Thanks staff at Apple Annie's i appreciate you. And if you read this I'll be glad to take new pictures and put them on the website and deep clean rooms(the man does great but we do need to come together abd wipe the walls and doors down,carpet clean :) 212 ...thanks for everything i appreciate y'all :) July 2020 -Lindsey !!! The place was clean and useful for a place to stay. My only complaint is the blatant refusal to let me get an extra towel and the fact that she lied to me and said they didn't have any.. my wife called the desk and had to pressure them to provide one..
Its a wonder how she miraculously had another one all of the sudden after lying to me..

I stayed for work the week of the CMT awards, and was very lucky to find a vacancy. Given the price I wasn't disappointed. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was older but appeared to have newer carpet. One big plus for me was that my room had a large comfortable desk-type chair and a decent-sized table. I did field work in the morning and then wrote reports in the afternoon and evening, so a comfortable desk setup for my laptop was nice. The window was high enough that I could get good daylight without feeling exposed to the outside. WiFi worked fine. There was also a fridge and micro so I could heat up some pizza I had left over.||||There are almost no amenities on site, not even a cup of coffee. The neighborhood is a bit gritty but as someone who works in construction I did not feel unsafe.||||Short answer - good for work travel if you're not fancy.
Was skeptical when I pulled up, but actually really enjoyed my stay. I even stayed a sexond night. The manager Pete was friendly and the room was clean and had a ceiling fan! Yes a ceiling fan is an awesome thing! Bed was comfortable and really hot shower!
