If you're wondering about the amp suites
My family and I are an extended stay here, until we can find a place to rent in the area. The prices are extremely affordable for the week!
The front desk manager is amazing
If you have the biggest issues to the smallest issues I have seen the GM handle each and every issue with care and kindness. The GM is absolutely fantastic.
They do the sweetest things for their guests
It feels more like a community here, then just a normal stay

They do a nice community dinner for the people staying at the Amp suites like once in a while it's so sweet of them because they don't have to !

They do have a laundry room here, it's nice and clean ! ???? It's only like 2.50 to wash and 2.50 to dry a load which is not bad at all.
We have definitely enjoyed our stay and we are so thankful that we decided to stay here!
My children and I had to come to the APM for an extended stay until we can move into our apartment. The staff is very friendly and nice, they communicate well and even send texts to my phone. I appreciate the accommodations, I have not had an issues with the room. It is clean and comfortable. It has two large beds and working appliances, mini fridge and microwave. I love that they allow pets, because I would have hated to give up my dog until I moved. The other guests are nice and friendly, I enjoy being around the same people who also are here on an extended stay rather than new guests, it feels safer and more like a community. I didn’t know they had a pool, so with it being closed it isn’t an issue. The laundry room is open and clean if I needed to use it, and when I need new linens I can set out the old ones and get new ones. I think the weekly rate is reasonable and affordable. I only wish they had ice..

The room I had had sticky floors. The heater didn't work and the bed had gross marks on it. I had a connected room with a dude who was abusing his dog and slightly harassing me when I left the room. The day shift front desk argued with me about amenities listed on Google and was rude when I asked about them. The night shift workers were fine. Also the shower was broken but still worked for what it was. Looks way nicer in the pictures. Also has standard keys not keycards.
My husband was a little reluctant to go to a place he'd never heard of, but the price was the lowest around and we read positive reviews on another site so decided to give it a try.||Young lady at front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Room was decorated by someone with different taste than mine but the main room and bathroom were spotless and spacious. We chose a room with a door opening to the outside to let in fresh air - something l value a lot but which is increasingly not available. (There are also rooms here accessible only from the inside.) Included were a medium-sized round table with two chairs, a mini fridge, and a microwave.||The king-sized bed was soft without being saggy, so quite comfortable. Pillows were firm - as are most hotel pillows - but we've learned to bring our own.||It was only about three minutes off the highway but tucked away into a quiet place with lots of trees, which was really nice.||We would definitely stay here again, but here are the small downsides we experienced (most or all likely only associated with that room [153] and/or temporary): We struggled getting the key to open the door. (Once inside, if the top lock was used in addition to the bottom one, it took strength and pulling to not be locked in.) When we first entered, lights were on and the TV was on at full volume. (Person at front desk explained this was probably due to housekeeping testing the TV and forgetting to turn it off.) Husband tried lowering the volume and turning it off using the remote control without success. He was able to turn it off by touching a button on the TV. On the bed were a bottom sheet, top sheet, and mid- weight soft blanket/bedspread. In summer we would have appreciated a light-weight blanket. Note that we checked in shortly before staff went off duty at midnight; it is quite possible that, if notified, they would have supplied us with new batteries for the remote control and an alternate blanket. Water pressure in shower was good, but those over six feet tall would have to bend his head to wash it. Toilet was a little low for someone with bad knees, but there is enough nearby to grab onto. Unusual policy of requesting a security deposit to be refunded a couple of days after checkout after room is inspected - but worth it for the rate which l believe was in the low sixty dollars.
Only good part is the staff. The rooms are disgusting. Dead and alive roaches in the bathrooms, rooms smell of black mold. People are yelling and slamming doors late at night. There’s signs saying no drugs but people are doing drugs on the property and nobody cares. The pool has been closed for years so don’t count on that. They charge a deposit and will find any small reason or straight up lie to not refund you. There are better options nearby.
I would like to recognize Miss Lola and Lisa. These 2 ladies are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Located near plenty of restaurants and stores. Easy access to 81. Pet friendly.
we were in town for a reunion and needed to get rooms on the fly at the end of the evening. staff was helpful on the phone and in person getting us settled. we had an error on our bill and the staff addressed it quickly and effectively. i would stay again. it did have a pot and cigarette smell but we didnt care, both are legal. the lot was clean and well lit
I have stayed at APM for a while and they are a great company, wonderful management and employees. They're always willing to help. Constantly cleaning. They love helping people. Very fair pricing for the area and compared to everyone else around. They're a blessing and I am grateful for them.
