I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was. Other then not having a microwave or a fridge it was nice. The shower ???? was huge and nice looking decor. The pool area is just like the photos and they are nice and festive with decorations for Halloween ???? on the inside. I assume they do that for every holiday.
Booked 2 rooms during hurricane Milton. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I paid for 2 rooms several days in advance. It took 2 hours to check in. Another 2 hours to get “rooms” they overbooked so we got stuck in rooms that were out of service. We had to buy our own sheets because the ones they gave us were stained. The rooms smelled like urine. The rooms had no amenities at all. Not even TVs. One of the maintenance guys tried to walk into our room without knocking. I contacted about a refund and they gave me no response. Even giving them the benefit of the doubt it still would have been better to stay home through the storm. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
We are very impressed with how clean the property is ...the office staff is extremely helpful and also very strict about what is allowed and not. Brandy the property manager
Makes sure to always making sure everything on property is tip top. Family atmosphere..while also making sure guests know the rules and if not followed will have consequences ...the pool is well maintained and also poolside food and beer are available...very clean. Love it . And tangi makes sure the rooms are spotless and is professional. Thank you APM

Let me start off by saying the rooms are always damp!!! I stayed there for a month when I first came to Florida before I got a house, and my mom who had a kidney transplant stayed sick basically the whole time and had to go to the emergency room because of a respiratory infection from all the mold behind the bed!!! They didn't give me my deposit back because they said we made a hole in the wall, clearly we didn't!!! There was used condoms floating in the pool. Cars being worked on in the parking lot, women soliciting theirselves. Drugs everywhere, the property smells like weed, animals running freely. Sex offenders around kids!!!! Bugs in the rooms!!!
Edited to add: since I can't reply to your comment I'll put it here... I never expected any money back thank you very much!! You also know that room was spotless when I left dare I say probably cleaner than when I moved in it! Also I never came back over to swim in your pool, I came back over to let my son play with his friends. Obviously we were guests of a resident, but hey it's all good continue to lie! For the front desk to say they loved my son so much and then yall tell him to get off your property broke his heart. He was literally only playing with his friends NOT swimming in your pool
let me just start off by saying the hotel room itself was literally disgusting.. there were spiders and cockroaches on the walls and even on my bed. The floor next to the bathroom was soaking wet and the whole room smelt like cigarettes when we entered. all of my clothes smelt like weed when we left. It gave me a headache. no hotel room should be like that. Room service was horrible as well. Not to mention they had no phone, no soap and little to no pillows on the beds.. if you're making all this money, don't be shy, actually make the stay enjoyable. I would rate this hotel a 0/10. The place didn't feel safe at all. Especially if you have kids... i don't recommend staying at APM. Worse hotel ever.
Dirty and filthy. This location should be shut down immediately. I am not even sure how they pass any sort of hospitality and health inspections. Unsafe. Security cameras don't work. Room door does not close and lock properly. Dirtiest place ever. People are smoking weed and drinking alcohol publicly. No need to hide. Management and employees are ignorant. They even lost my diver s license or sold it to someone. They claim drivers licenses are mailed to the owner when they have them. Question is why they even have so many drivers license at their possession and why they do not hand them back during check in or check out. Incompetent workers. Slept with roaches. I am attaching the real images. Do not fall for the images posted on 3rd party sites and Google. I understand it is a cheap place, but that does not justify the condition and service you get. Expedia reviews and photos are fake. I actually tried to leave a bad review on Expedia and they won't let you
I have Lung Cancer and the Room i was given was dirty. No smoke detector. But the worst part the sealing had was full of mold. They didn't even offer me another Room or my money back. I would never recommend this place not even to a homeless person.
This was the worst!! We had to come in for a funeral and I was grossed out. We should have slept in the car. Woke up this morning to no power and the floors were soaked from condensation (almost fell). The pictures online it looked nice but in Realty not so much! We won't come back. There's no free breakfast if you book on line it's $5. The pool is not as nice as picture either! Lesson learned!!! Please check out my pics so you aren't surprised.
