Best WLM Reviews
Delicious food and great service even for a family of 6. The servers were very attentive. This was a great place to eat as a finish to our vacation.
The wings were probably the best I’ve ever had. I got the Shearon Harris and the flavor was excellent with the right amount of heat. My wife and oldest had the regular BBQ flavor and that was also very good. The Tots with queso was amazing as well. If you’re in the area I strongly suggest trying this place out.
I guess they can’t read. Ordered boneless and received an awful lot of bones. Not cool…
*Edit- I had ordered online because I was on my way to a concert that night. The show started a hour from picking up the wings so I had no time to go in and inform the cooks that they misread. There were 2 people sitting at the bar and 1 table in the side room was all I saw, I’ve seen the place much busier than that. I also live in Rolesville so I drive 45 minutes 1 way to eat here, it was my favorite wing spot but after seeing the response I felt it was a little rude and I will not be returning. Sometimes it’s not as simple as just going back in and asking for the right food, the exact reason that I ordered on line… to save time….
First time here sitting at the bar on a Saturday evening. We would have never thought to come here because of its location. A friend of ours recommend this place and we gave it a try, I'm glad we did!
Well seasoned huge portions of boneless wings at a very very reasonable price. The bone in wings sides are also huge at the same reasonable price point.
This place is bigger than it looks from the outside and is family friendly with friendly staff.
Our total bill was $43 plus tip. This included six boneless plus a side, six bone in plus a side, a soda, two beers and an "old fashioned".
We definitely will be back.
Wings were good, a little smaller than I expected... but the taste was very good. Enough to share as an appetizer.
The chicken breast sandwich was excellent.. would definitely order it again. The service was excellent! Prices were very reasonable. Forgot the pictures cause we were hungry... sorry
Apex Wings is a dive bar in Apex, NC with a unique atmosphere, friendly staff, and good food. We were served by 3 different waitresses and a bartender, so we never had to worry about ordering our food or getting drink refills.
Apex Wings has good boneless wings. I ordered 12, 6 Smack Yo Mama! (Louisiana Cajun Dry Rub) and 6 Jamaican Jerk. The Jamaican Jerk were better in my opinion, and their They charge for extra ranch or blue cheese if you need extra than what's served, so be warned!
I would recommend Apex Wings to anybody seeking wings in the Apex, NC area!
When they say get the wings, they ain’t lying! The wings are huge, fries are great and I can’t wait to be back. We got the 6pc combo and the chipotle BBQ was the favorite!
fried mushrooms came out quick and hot and delicious
boneless wings took a while, then were the wrong flavor
then when changed, came over cooked..
fries were good tho
my friend said Ruben was just ok
We stopped in one night on a whim. We never knew this place was nestled in a small strip mall. Service was amazing! We were greeted immediately, they brought out drinks fast, the food was hot and delicious. They kept checking to see if we needed anything. The wings were exceptional and now will be the place for me to get my fix! Thank you guys so much!!!!
