I came in to get a TB Test and upon walking in there were no other patrons, there was no one to greet me neither time I visited. It took and hour to receive a 1 minute process. The nurse who administered my TB Test was jittery and hands were unsteady, she also signed the wrong space and well as recopied my name incorrectly when re doing the form. Overall my visit was interesting with weird moments. On a positive note they were the most inexpensive place around town to receive an employment TB Test.
I was able to get an appointment quickly with a very short wait time to be seen. Reception and nurse were both very nice and helpful. Dr. listened and quickly assessed the need for an X-ray. X-ray service is located in the office for quick diagnosis of a broken foot. Referral to orthopedic and crutches were provided. Very happy with the services provided. Have been to this office several time for various services. I have not been disappointed.
This is not my first visit to Apex Urgent Care and again, I am very pleased with the care that was given to me. From the young woman at the front desk to the Beautiful young ladies that called me in and took my vitals , the Doctor that was so thorough and the young lady that came in to give me my shot were all so caring.
Thank y'all so very much for taking such great care of me.
This is my second time coming to this facility through my job. Both experiences the nurses are great and are very helpful, but the doctors lack bedside manners they are RUDE Disrespectful and you feel that they do NOT care about the patients well-being. It feels like they are overwhelmed and understaffed For the amount of patients at that facility. I highly DO NOT Recommend anyone coming to this facility. Go somewhere else.
Went in for flu for myself & daughter. Both crews were friendly. Confirmed flu with rapid test for me, then saved me money and time by foregoing PCR test for my daughter and just prescribing us both antiviral meds. Got what I needed. Good customer service.
The nurses were great. My son felt very comfortable when getting his vitals checked. We went to get a sports physical, which was only $35 but the wait was extremely long. We waited 15-20 minutes in the lobby and then another 45-50 minutes in the office, waiting to be seen by the doctor. We did go at 4:30 so I’m sure if we go back at an earlier time, the wait wouldn’t be as long. I’d go again.
The urgent care could be much cleaner. Some of the employees smell like smoke. The facility use to be much cleaner, not sure what happened. The wait was longer. Although there were not many people in the waiting room it took a while to be seen and to be discharged.
Everyone was friendly and attentive, the doctor was nice, thorough, and asked all of the right questions. I didn’t wait long and had my prescriptions sent right over.
