Best WLM Reviews
Lots to do and it has great aspects but placement of things like the pool tables were unfavorable. Sticks were bent. Lazer tag was really cool . The down fall of this place is it was the staff. We went Sunday morning to beat any crowd and lots of staff just standing around talking to each other. This place was not user friendly. Staffed by kids and runs as such. We waited for help for a while with everything we were trying to do which was really annoying. Video games were expensive for what you got. You wonder around and 95%of the staff would avoid helping you. I don’t think we will be returning.
Went on a Wednesday night, the kids had a blast. The adults had a blast. It could probably use a few more staff but I don't think I've ever seen it packed.
We did the bumper cars, sports simulator, and laser tag. Will be returning. Next time we'll do the escape rooms.
Had my daughter 10th birthday party. Such a great time! Sydney our host was phenomenal! Everything went so smoothly, kids were thrilled every step of the way. We will definitely book another party again
We read the reviews and the website before coming for the first time with a few teenage boys for a birthday outing. The website is far more exciting than the location itself. Here's my overall take on the areas we visited.
1) Games: As others noted, there are far less games than D&B and multiple games were not working. Prizes cost more tickets than other arcades I've been to. They have some newer games, crane games, coin pushers...but again at least 4 or 5 were out of order and there are not that many to begin with.
2)Escape Room: this is why we came, and I feel bad I didn't do better research. The Escape Room was not manned, we had to walk up to the bowling alley area to check-in. They walked us over to the Escape Room, started the clock and that was the last time we saw anyone. Not what I was expecting. We've never done an Escape Room before, and will not be back at this location. No hints, you cannot watch the group inside. And there was no obvious end of game or time running out notice. We opened the door to let the boys know they didn't "escape". Lame.
3) Food: they are extremely understaffed. The food area is seat yourself, no menus unless you ask for one and service is slow and inconsistent. Our server was super polite but was stretched between our table and a private bowling party. It was not busy when we put our order in, yet food took a very long time, came out cold, with missing items and they were out of many sauces (just ketchup, mustard and BBQ no ranch, honey mustard).
Bumper cars: $6 for a ride. Not terrible, a little small and one out of order. Overall fun for the price.
Positives: they have security, and they're very obvious on entry. One of the reasons I skipped D&B is the bad rep for incidents in this and other areas.
Took my daughter and her friend to get lunch and do the escape room , worst experience ever. The scape room wasn’t ready when they said it would be and then we had to wait another 20 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. They told us the table needed to charge up and it will take another half an hour to forty five minutes . I told them no thank you I have already been waiting an hour . I ask for my refund and the counter guy said I can give you a note saying that you get a free return to the scape room . I said no to rather have a return to my card and they told me returns are given back on a gift card.
The staff don't seem to even care how poorly this place is run. We booked the virtual golf room. It wasn't ready when we arrived. Then after a long wait, the game itself wasn't working and we couldn't play. The food was terrible! We had to chase down staff for menus. Then chase them down again to order. Half of the food we ordered wasn't even available. But we weren't told until 15 mins into waiting for our order. Then we couldn't get drinks. I finally went to the bar myself to get the drinks. Which was 5 mins after the food arrived. We ordered the drinks at the same time as the food. Bathrooms were dirty. Again, the staff could care less. We definitely will not return.
It's fine the staff was very nice. Many of the games were not working when we were there Always disappointing to see that.
Tabby was a great bartender! She gave so many recommendations and they had some cool specials available this month
