Best WLM Reviews
I saw Dr. Tracy and her staff that day! They were both very nice and curtious. I liked the fact that she listened to my concerns and could tell I was a bit nervous, I found myself laughing by the time the appointment was finished. When I discovered I had found I forgot to ask a couple of key questions, Dr. Tracy and her staff took the time to review my questions called me back that day with the answers. Needless to say, I've already got my next appointment scheduled.
My experience with doctor and MA were fine. Receptionist was beyond rude. 12/11/24, 10:30am. Though I got a notification to schedule my full body scan, and told receptionist what I was scheduling for when I called to make my appointment, the MA didn't have any information on what I was there for (not her fault), and she told me she would check with the doctor to see if she had time for me, or if I would have to come back. This brings me back to rude receptionist, not sure if she is the same one I scheduled with, but given her attitude with me when I checked in as if I was an inconvenience, I wouldn't be surprised. First impressions are everything, not a good look for front of the house.
New client 9/19/24 @ Apex Westlake. All staff extremely helpful & friendly plus welcoming atmosphere just made visit more. Option to fill out all information online prior to appointment, which I did, made a quick, smooth in & out experience. Leaving more time spent with doctor to discuss reason for visit, questions or concerns, explanation of diagnosis, options available & treatment schedule made. 100% recommend giving Apex a call. Thank you to team for being exceptional!!
Great experience at APEX Dermatology! The staff was very professional, the facility is very nice, clean, high tech. My appointments always ran on time. My doctor was very efficient and thorough. Everything was explained to me before my procedure and went as planned. Dr. Killian was fast and I never felt any pain. The staff followed up with me in a couple of days to make sure everything was healing nicely. I would definitely go back to this facility if I needed another Mohs procedure.
The most amazing people work here. So kind, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Nicole is so wonderful with my toddler she always fully explains everything and listens, answers any questions and gives all the information you need. She is the best!!!
From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with courtesy.
Caitlin was great describing the upcoming procedure, Dr Killian was very thorough and gentle.
I'm happy I decided to come to this office.
I have been a patient here for years and now I remember why I stopped coming. First of all, Dr. Tracey needs to go. After going through and reading all the reviews.. how is it that she is still employed here after all the terrible reviews about her?
Years ago I came here for my hormonal acne and was told to be on birth control and get prescribed spironolactone. Shocker right?
Fast forward to now. I started coming back a few months ago because I am still suffering from hormonal acne. I told her that I just want to get on accutane and never have to deal with acne again. But no, of course not... she again decided to put me back on antibiotics. I have been on doxycycline for 6+ months - that can't be good for me right?
A few months ago, I told her I wanted to get off birth control so I could detox my body being in my late 20s and she basically said good luck see you in a few months and prescribed a few months of doxycycline. This place is evil.
She does not care about you, she cares about her pockets. Young and unprofessional. She's in the room with you for 5 minutes then get charged hundreds of dollars. I got a few milia bumps removed and that automatically turned into "acne surgery" charging me 200+ to remove maybe 4 tiny milia bumps.
After being charge an obnoxious amount of money for a few visits and "acne surgery" I was told I was going to be sent to collections because I haven't paid the full amount, yet made payments.
I recently had communications with Kelly in the billing department about making payments so that my amount wouldn't go to collections. I got a call this morning from a debt collector. I then called Apex to ask what the problem was since I was told I could continue making payments, but apparently someone said oh no you can't make payments. Your account goes to collections after 30 days because it can't just sit there. It can't sit there because this place is money hungry.
Nicole and her team are the best, very informative and knowledgeable. Over all the best dermatology department I’ve ever encountered. Scheduling has been a breeze, my insurance is giving me a hard time with approving me for the injections I need to help my skin condition. Nicole and her team reassured me they will not let me go without treatment while waiting to be approved. They are such a caring team, truly the best!!!
