If I could leave a negative review I would. They do not even deserve one star, after hurricane beryl my family was hurt financially. I not only left 5 voicemails about cancelling my membership but I also sent emails explaining my distress and need to cancel and received no reply. My only assumption is that they do not care about members, they do not care if the gym is used, only that you pay for the membership and they make money. I truly believe that have neglected calling me back because they do not want tp lose my monthly payment. Im sure they have this issue often with people leaving to use ironworks or another gym that actually cares about members. DO NOT SIGN UP if you ever plan on moving or changing gyms.
The worst gym EVER!!!! Do not go because if you ever decide to cancel the manger Tracey will not do it. She will give a millions excuses of why it has not been processed and gaslight you with every excuse. We submitted paperwork 6/17/24 and it’s 9/13/24…..still taking the money out and more excuses of why it hasn’t been done yet. So I’m going to report fraudulent charges and just go to collections.
Great gym! It’s in a very convenient location, never too crowded and has everything you need to workout. Also it’s great being to go whenever you want to.
I have been trying to cancel this Membership since June here we are in September and they continue to charge my account and have been given the runaround every time I follow up. Would not recommend.
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for a few months now. When I call the location no one ever answers. When I call the online customer service they tell me to go in to the location. Every time I go, during the “staffed hours” no one is there.
I’m about to report it as fraud to my bank so they’ll stop withdrawing the monthly fee.
AWFUL PLACE!!! Do not get a membership here!!!!! I’ve been here years and the only reason I stayed is because I travel a lot and like gym access across the country (plus it’s SO HARD to cancel your membership here). The AC has been broken off and on for years, even in the winter it breaks so imagine how summers SUCK and all the equipment is rusting because of the high humidity. The management has always been bad- they’re never here, even during their posted hours. The door will break so you can’t access, then she doesn’t come in so you basically can’t workout for days til they fix it. This manager is the first one that will respond to emails though- doesn’t fix things quicker or try to help much but at least we can notify her of things. Just don’t mess with this place, I’m canceling as soon as I move out of town in a bit!
***only big perk is that with all the problems, so many people have left so the gym doesn’t get very busy!
It's a great little gym that has everything that you need! There's a good variety of machines and free weights. They have showers and even tanning beds. It's a great place I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their physical health and fitness!
We were regulars at the gym. We were moving and needed to cancel our membership, and we spoke with the manager. We were told no problem. They just needed a bill at our new resident with our name on it. Since there wasn't an Anytime Fitness anywhere near us. We would be able to cancel. We provided the information and was on our way. Fast forward a year, and now I have a collection on my credit report. I spoke with the people with collections, and they told me I would have to contact the gym to get this taken care of. I have been trying to call there for the past three weeks and can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone.
