Dry, dry, dry pizza. I've not had positive experiences with this location, so I don't often order from here. Today was no exception. Ordered a 1 topping Sicilian with old world pepperoni. This pizza was SUPER DRY, like hardly any sauce was on it. Prior to this, we tried to order a chicken dinner only to be called (after the order was placed online & paid for) & told they were waiting on a food delivery. Antonio's has great food, but THIS LOCATION leaves much to be desired.
I got my order through door dash. As a trucker I have been all over. I have had pizza at multiple 80+ year old family generation Italian restaurants. I can say without a doubt that tomato and basil pizza I got was super top tier. It’s a shame I can’t say when I will ever be back to this area because, at least this pizza was amongst some of the best in the country. Yall folks are lucky to have these people in your area.
I wish I took pictures but I will next time. Great food, great quality. A little expensive but you see why when you eat the food. The quality of the food is fantastic. Hands down the best around!! Keep up the phenomenal job!
I am officially done with Antonio's. I order all the time and have built up $40 in promotions but every time I try to use them, it shows correct on the order but the email does not show the discount. Not on this order but a previous order I mentioned it to the manager on duty and was told there was nothing they can do. Very disappointed in the customer service.
We ordered via the app which is how we usually order. This was the second time we ordered a calzone and it listed all the toppings but the price was only charged for the calzone cheese only. I called in as we have always liked this pizza over other options but the last several months we have opted to go elsewhere because ease of ordering just hasn’t been available. Either it won’t allow the order of a calzone or it left toppings off. We didn’t call the first time as we thought it was an error on our part. I spoke with Paige who mentioned she’s worked there for 4 years. She was very pleasant and informed me she was going to submit a customer complaint for the troubles. She verified for me how the order came up in their end and that although we saw the toppings that did not relay to them. She advised for future orders we call in or at very least after placing order online that we call to confirm.
Sent my husband to pick up a pizza this morning. He paid in cash, handed the younger blonde woman working the counter the money. She did not even hand him change, straight up took the money and closed the register and walked off. We are the tipping type, but would also prefer to have the choice. She had major attitude and was talking with her mouth full of food. Definitely disrespectful and we will not be returning.
Tucked away in a quaint strip mall lies one of northeast ohio's hidden gems. The location has plenty of parking although getting the door open will take a couple of weeks training. Seriously it is crazy heavy. However once inside you are immediately wisked away into Tuscany. The dining area offers a charming view and comfortable seating. Accessibility was not skipped over either with multiple size seating options. As for the food, you cannot miss trying THE finest and freshest authentic Italian cuisine this side of the Mississippi. WELL worth the price.
I used to LOVE this place. They had the best pizza and subs, but I can tell that they are under new management or something. Cutting corners. Very disappointed.
