I've been a regular customer at Antonio's Pizza for years, spending well over $1000 with them, but my recent experience left me incredibly frustrated. I called in a pickup order at 9:45 PM, knowing they close at 10, with the understanding that the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived at 10:02, the staff confirmed my pizza was sitting behind the counter but refused to serve it to me.I understand it was a couple of minutes past closing, but this felt unnecessarily rigid. I had to scramble to find another dinner option after most places had already closed. It's upsetting that Antonio's Pizza would rather waste food than make the small effort to accommodate a long-time customer who arrived just a few minutes late. This experience has me seriously reconsidering my loyalty to a place I once trusted for reliable service.
**7 month update**
The salad prices as cheaper at $10.99 and the had pizza by the slice! Woah! (Wow the cheese looks amazing). Both awesome. I’ll give those 2 items a reason to bump up to 5 stars! Well done with the positive changes, Management!!!
Delicious but expensive. $12-$13 for a regular salad is absurd. Large pizza is $17! Still a Cleveland tradition, just not as often.
Antonios really knows how to make a quality pizza with loaded toppings ???????? I love all their food options. My favorite thing is when I don't want pizza antonios has so much more to offer . Definitely my go to lunch and dinner spot. I finally found a pizza spot where they don't cheap out on the toppings. For the price I paid for Antonios it was worth it???? definitely got a bang for my buck
3HRS NO PIZZA; RETURN TRIPS!!! We ordered a pizza showed up at the 30min time given, after 20min longer told to come back in an hour that the oven was under temperature. We came back another hour later it was still not done, told it was coming after 45minutes this manager came out and started getting smart with everyone. He said it would be done now in 15 minutes after 15 minutes I requested a refund and the pizza the manager in the picture was rude and condescending; I WOULD CANCEL ORDER IF HE IS WORKING; beware he will lie and treat customers like garbage. He has no business working and definitely not in any capacity as a manager!!!!
**Loyalty Doesn't Seem to Matter Here**
After spending over $1000 at Antonio's Pizza, I’m extremely disappointed by how I was treated on my last visit. I placed a pickup order well before their 10:00 PM closing time, but when I arrived at 10:02, they refused to give me the pizza I ordered. The staff acknowledged that my order was ready and sitting right behind the counter, yet they wouldn’t serve it because they had already closed the register.
I understand closing times, but this level of inflexibility is hard to accept, especially from a place where I’ve been a loyal customer for years. It’s frustrating to see them throw away food and dismiss regular customers over something as trivial as reopening the register for a couple of minutes.
This incident has really soured what used to be a great relationship with Antonio's Pizza, and I’m seriously reconsidering returning in the future.
Best calzone I have had in a while. Wife loved the cheese steak sandwich, and they have the best fries! Just be aware it is mostly carry out and delivery so eat in options are limited.
Our new favorite pizza shop! Love the old world pepperoni with extra cheese ???????? We got the Cugino Pizza and 2 broasted chicken breasts and it was delicious ???? definitely going back soon for the chicken it's the best around.
We order all the time. Duo Rustico and bread sticks are the best. Had it delivered and it was earlier than they promised.
