The room has many unfinished water patches, broken outlets, and a TV that wasn't easy to figure out. Parking is suitable. the location is extremely noisy and busy. The lights break through the curtain at night. Can't use the AC because it smells like mold. The shower has the worst water pressure.
Located about 20 minutes from BNA
Front office lady very very rude. Pre booked room on THEIR WEBSITE for my uncle and I had the card I was gonna pay everything with. Lady said he couldn’t stay since card wasn’t in his name. Lady told me to call Expedia when I didn’t book through EXPEDIA. I pre booked on their own website that had their phone number on it and she told me to call. She stood there while the phone rung mutiple times!!! Stood there and argued with me when I explained I didnt even book through a third party website. The front office smelled super badly!!!!! I will never be giving this place my business at all now!!! We ended up going to knights inn and got better customer service! Bad customer service all together from the start and bad look for ppl who has mutiple disabilities!
The room was missing several conveniences listed on the website. Chair was torn and looked unclean, no microwave, no iron. The blinds were see thru and the outlets on the side of the room with the bed did not work. Come morning of check out, I called to see if there was late check out and the front desk person hung up on me. Additionally, management came by to tell me check out was at 11 and told me to “hurry” after I said we were about to walk out. Horrible customer experience. Not very safe feeling either. Would not stay there again.
The staff is really friendly. I travel for work and I always stop here when I am in Antioch! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. I'm just being honest it's a really loud. They can't help that though the highway is right there! It has a lot of restaurants nearby and gas stations to get food. They all in walking distance. The price is decent if you go online! It's a recommended hotel!
These people are crooks. They want a bigger deposit than what the room costs and tell one rate and charge another for the week. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
I think it's the only time I have ever been asked for a $50 deposit after prepaying for a room.
The room however was nice, clean,although there was no coffee maker.
The toilet had not been secured properly so while it did not leak or give other problems, it moved when sat on.
It needs shimming, the bolts tightening an caulking, before a heavy weight person probably breaks it.
Overall a pleasant one night stay
Owner’s wife gave me one price and upon arrival he doubled the price even though I had confirmation of the original price. And then tried telling me that the email confirmation sent wasn’t directly from him but from his wife so it doesn’t count. Then I’m willing to pay only to be told they don’t even have the room available. He told me he had work to do and didn’t want to be bothered when I was asking questions then ignored me and walked away. Customer service was horrible. I’d rather stay at the airport than give my money to rude and shady people like him.
I was in town and needed a three night stay short notice. The staffing, from the front desk to the cleaning lady where very positive and nice. They didn't spike the price up because of a weekend stay which most of Nashville does. ( I know crazy right ) My room was clean and spacious fridge and microwave in room and plentiful parking. I was in a box truck and found parking it there was no problem. Reasonable pricing and clean rooms ????????
