Delicious mexican/cuban food. Great service from Jose. Very fast and friendly service. Decent prices. Soda $3.25 in June 2024. Margaritas $9.50. 3 combo meal $16. Free chips and salsa.
Food was just meh...and for the high price they charge for their drinks/food i would have expected a bit better. Drinks were very strong, some people may like that so to each their own.The cheese queso dip had no flavor, but their flour type chips were very good and unique. My main dish, tamale and chimichanga were bland and small portions. Atmosphere is cozy, but did have to swat away a couple gnats as we were eating. Service/waitress was very nice, however... we felt extremely rushed to order, get in get out situation. Was never offered desserts or "anything else i can get you" clearly expected us to leave right away, but we wanted to try their deep fried ice cream, which was also just ok. This was the second time that I came here. Didn't get a great experience the first time but always want to try again, as you never know. But the second time wasnt great either. I think ill pass going forward.
Food was good, waitress was very nice but the restaurant was understaffed, making it difficult for her. To her credit she did her best, but she was forced to constantly apologize. We sat for 15 minutes after initial seating before water and waitress appeared. I want to emphasize, not the waitresses fault. She was hustling and had a great attitude. They just seemed understaffed. There was a help wanted sign in the window. It's a nice place with good food and nice staff. Just don't be in a hurry to be anywhere afterwards.
Originally got there service seemed great chips and soda came out fast. After about 10 mins of being passed up by my server I had to ask another server if I could order food. Don’t get me wrong, server was very polite and sweet. But very inattentive. I never got a refill on my soda and the two drinks I ordered were great but came out amazingly slow.
Overall the food and drinks were great and my server was polite and professional, but overall service was very slow.
My waiters name was jose and he did a really good job!! He was very respectful and quick to get us our deserts. He was a little slow on the chips but overall 10/10. When coming to this restaurant I would 100% recommend asking for him! He knows everything about the menu and was really good!

My wife, I and some friends stopped in for dinner.
I ordered the birria and my wife ordered a fajita. The birria was pretty good but not great - it was missing something and the tacos were relatively small considering the price 7/10. My wives fajitas were good but again, not great. The flavor was desirable but something was missing, 7/10
The restaurant was relatively empty - service was great. 9/10
I don’t know that I’d come back. The food was good not great but the prices were pretty unreasonable considering the portion sizes and quality.
I’ll rate 4/5 since 3/5 isn’t quite fair.
My very kind waiter, Jose, had OUTSTANDING service! Drinks were always full and chips were amazing! He was very kind and explained the menu to us thoroughly! Would DEFINITELY recommend him and DEFINITELY will becoming back and asking for Jose!!
