Absolutely obsessed with this place. I have bounced from salon to salon to find what I want and I can proudly say I have found the nail haven! They are quick and very professional. One time I went for a gel fill, and she realized a lot of my nails were starting the beginning phase of falling off (and honestly I was due for one), she was able to get me a new set and gel design in 50 minutes. Incredible! Many of my requests are made exactly how I like them because they are so good. One of my issues with other salons is most are never able to get the right shape I want, almond. Every time I’m here I don’t have to worry. It’s just a relief and how visiting the nail salon should be! There are many color options for your nails, a bar, not to mention the interior is absolutely beautiful. You are getting your moneys worth!!
Went this morning as a walk-in and was helped right away. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable about the different services they offer. Building and workstations are kept neat. It even smelled nice inside, like essential oils. Mon did my acrylics and he was very kind and skilled. I love my nails and it was well worth the money. Make sure to ask for Mon he was awesome! Will definitely be coming back.
I was nervous going in for a Medi/ Pedi due to previous experience elsewhere; however June was assigned to assist me and she did a phenomenal job, she was very attentive, patient and did exactly what I requested. I will be returning ☺️
2nd impression not so great.. after having a great pedicure here not to long ago I decided to come in for a full set. I wanted white tips in a French style. I got painted instead of powder and a very sloppy set at that. No clean up and a lot of not straight/ crooked nails. On top of that she asked if I wanted gel and I said no but I got charged for gel anyways. How does this place make any business?
The salon is nice and they have a bar but I waited an hour and a half longer than expected, had a rude tech who said said she would do what I wanted but then switched up halfway through without asking/telling me. Said my (very simple) idea/reference picture was "too much". As in too busy, not that the work was impossible or out of her skill set. Not happy at all.
I had the basic pedicure done before my cruise. I do not normally write reviews, but I don’t want anyone to experience what I did. The man who did my pedicure was very rough. For some reason he took an abrasive brush and scrapped off the skin on my inner ankle and ankle bone on my right foot which was and still is very painful and scabbed over now. He was less aggressive on my left foot after I yelled in pain, but is still scratched. I have had 3 other pedicures previously at different locations and no one has scrapped up my ankles, and why would they even go up above your ankle! At 2 days after my pedicure my ankles are still painful. So sad at what should have been a nice experience turned out to be a medical injury. I would give this a zero if I could.
We were able to walk in without and appointment in afternoon which was nice. Last minute decision before vacation so was great to be able to get in on a whim. Everyone was very nice and my daughter and I had a nice pedicure! I also went for acrylic nails and they are really pretty.
i called ahead and asked about a appointment and was told they are only taking walk-ins. i came in around 10:15 on Friday 31, 2021. i was seen around 10:50/11am after being told it would be 45 mins to a hour for dip powder. i was then brought to the back where a nice man did my nails. He seemed unhappy to work on me and seemed to rush. after leaving around 1pm and paying $48.00 + 10 dollar tip, I started doing my everyday things to get ready for new years only to notice around 8pm my thumb and finger dip chipped and cracked. i’m so upset. I understand that it was busy today and i was patient and kind. But this is unacceptable. ontop of all this, the work area had dusk everywhere and it was clear the area was not wiped down, nor the nail files new. the files used on me looked old and super dusty as if they haven’t been changed in weeks. at the end of the day my nails didn’t even last 12 hours and i’m very disappointed with this .
Update: 2 days after getting my nails replaced, they have popped off. I will now be asking for a refund and 100% will never be coming back.
