The tech I had was great and my experience was great but just to use gel nail polish, was an extra 20 dollars for the manicure (price went from 22 for manicure to 44 with no added features). I paid the extra because I wanted my nails to last but I got them done on Wednesday and by Sunday afternoon three nails had chipped. It is hard to justify the price of the gel manicure when it did not even last 4 full days of normal wear
This was my first time here and I had a lovely experience! My mom and I were walk-ins and we got started right away - I wish I remembered my technicians name because she was lovely and so talented! Everyone around me seemed to be having a good experience as well. I heard many regulars chatting to the nail techs. I will definitely be back when it’s time to re-do my gels nails! (This is a few days after my service and I do have a tendency to pick at my nails, so that’s why some of the skin around the nails is not as fresh looking!)
I went here for the first time ever. I got this girl name Mary I asked for a full set,I asked for a natural look don't want thick Acrylic I got thick acrylic my nails start messing up the next day and it took 2 weeks for her to fix one nail ,I Also, asked if she could shave some of them down because they too thick .put it like this, They so thick. I can't pick my nose LOL.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE NEVER. P.T 2 NOW MARY HAS Infected my thumb.
I'm wondering why the owner hasn't responded to my email like he responded to the Caucasian emails. Maybe I need to get a lawyer. I have a mark under my nail.
Went to this location for an acrylic full set. Their prices online do NOT match. Somehow ended up paying $60 for this. Was extremely rushed and you can see he left so much glue and residue under my nail. Have never had this happen out of my 10 years of getting acrylics. The tips do not even fit on my nails as you can see in the photos. There are also bubbles and inconsistencies on most of my nails. Looks like I could’ve done a better job at home. Won’t be visiting again.
Update: today is the next day and my nails are very sore. Worst salon service I have ever received.
I am not one to complain or leave a bad review but I couldn’t not say something about this. Went to get gel manicure and I definitely could have done a better job at home, that’s saying something.
No dead skin removal around my cuticles, barely any filing and nails came out different sizes , uneven nail edges, lumpy and uneven gel polish application. Went in the next day to get it redone and the person at the desk said the tech who did my nails will refile them (not the only issue). I asked for a different tech, as the original one did a poor job, and he said it has to be my original tech and that I would have to wait. Just ended up leaving because I’d be better off redoing it at home. Staff was nice and conversational, and the wait was pretty short, but service was just plain bad.
Went to a location near Toledo a few weeks before and they had done such a great job which is why I chose to try this one out. Unfortunate.
I had to come back to get my nails fixed and a wonderful nail tech took on the job. Naree is her name and she did an excellent job. Professional, kind, and all about her business. She now has a regular customer. Great job!
The worst manicure I have gotten. My nails look so bad, and my cuticles hurt. The nail tech rushed through everything and cut my skin multiple times. I have residual nail polish all over my skin. The price was so ridiculous for the quality of manicure I got.
A bad experience. I asked for a signature pedicure and was told $44. They charged me $75 because I got gel and the took gel off. Why are they charging to take gel off of my nails when one I go there to get my pedi and how else could you do a pedicure without taking the polish off. Why is that not included in the service? It’s stupid and ridiculous. And then a lady I used to go to there always asks me why I didn’t call her to make an appointment. It’s annoying.
