This place is so wonderful! It is the only place where my SNS nails will actually last.
I pass at least 15 other nail places to drive here from my house. The staff is so friendly and I never wait when I walk-in for appointments. They will even assist me with selecting a color and they offer the best Vietnamese coffee! I won’t go anywhere else. They also line their bowls when they do pedicures which is a must for me.
My daughter and I have been going here for the past two years and love this spa. The staff is professional, kind and courteous and even remember my name! I have been seeing Tracy for the past few months for the vita gel which I have started using instead of the dip or gel on my finger nails. I love this product and Tracy does an excellent job. She is talented and efficient. The salon is very clean and in a great location. Great place to get a great service in a comfortable and pleasant environment.
I love coming to Anthony Vince!! Kitty is the best at both pedicures and manicures. I cannot recommend her enough. She pays attention to every detail and makes sure you are comfortable and happy. And my SNS manicures last at least 3 weeks. Over the past 3 years of coming here, I have never had a bad experience. Very professional, accommodating, and clean salon.
I wanna leave -1 star but I can say that I always chose to go here because I live around the corner and even before I lived in south park area I drove from Steele creek to get my nails done here. I really enjoyed my service there. Things getting worse during pandemic and very understandable to increase the price because of difficulty in buying supplies and materials, that’s okay, I got it. It was not too extreme like $10 went up on price. As the time go pass I can feel that they gradually went up on price and the service was just okay. Occasional got hurt during the service sometimes. However, my last straws with this place was on this August 2024. I went to get my pedicure done and when I checked out it was almost a hundred dollars!! I did their pedicure that was already priced $65 and I got surprised charged $19 for DAMN Gel color!!! Compared to a neighbor salon that charges way less and delivers out much better service than they do. That was insane price for a pedicure that was a mediocre quality of service! The lady who wore a Rolex watch and A Cartier bangles ( I assumed she is the owner) said it and look at me from head to toe. I leave the tips at least 20% and this is my farewell present to my nail tech. I really don’t like the way they do business. They earn way more profit from doing this type of business That’s not fair to charge their clients insane fees for a gel colors. I really felt like I got robbed by the salon. Never going to comeback again.
Gorgeous salon that I wish I had found sooner. Clean work stations, friendly workers and complimentary wine with service. $35 for a gel manicure, great deal.
In the past few years Anthony Vince has really gone downhill. Today I got a mani pedi with sns and brought a photo and verbal description to describe exactly what I wanted. They are very friendly and have a lot of colors to choose from but I wanted an ombré French - something I have gotten a few times before. They tacked on many extra charges along the way such as tips, $20 chrome, and cutting cuticles and the final manicure looked nothing like what I had originally asked for. The length was wrong and it was nothing close to an ombré… they just put in funny bunny with a chrome and called it a day. At the end of the day my bill was $120 and I left with a subpar pedicure and manicure that was nothing like what I wanted. Sorry to say I will not be returning to this salon anymore after a few poor manicures over time. Picture attached of what was asked for and what was received
I’ve been coming here for well over 6 years and I always have a great experience! Of course, like anyone, I’ve had to go to other salons for one-off times if I’m out of town, under a time crunch, etc…but this is by far my favorite nail salon in Charlotte. I see Kitty and she’s been amazing! After another salon damaged my nails she’s been so attentive at getting them healthier again. She makes the extra effort to shape them and make sure they’re all even and aren’t crooked. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s so bubbly and nice, we have such fun conversations!
My dip always lasts 5 weeks (I’m a busy mom) and doesn’t chip, lift or anything! I’m super embarassed to admit that I wait that long and I know I need to go more often, but it’s truly a testimate to her great work so it’s worth mentioning.
Definitely go and ask for Kitty, she’s amazing!
Such a pretty salon! It's huge and beautiful! It's tucked in the back of the shopping center to took me a second to find it. Easy to make an appointment over the phone and prices are reasonable. Got a regular manicure and gel pedicure. Jessica was so wonderful!!
