I had wonderful conversation with my nail tech but a terrible experience with my nails. If I were paying $20, I wouldn’t be complaining, but I spent $70 (including a $10 tip)… and I’m so disappointed. 2 of my fingers are bleeding and the white on my French tip doesn’t cover the white of my nail. Just for the manicure it took over an hour and a half, and it should’ve taken only 45 minutes, maybe an hour at most. He kept stopping what he was doing to talk (seriously, an incredibly friendly man and I loved talking to him!) but I had no clue how to get him back on track. Very disappointed in the quality, the time spent, and the cost. I would love to come back, but I don’t see myself coming back very soon. Especially considering I was really wanting red nails and was instead talked into this instead, which was an upcharge of $10. It would be fine if it actually looked okay, but it doesn’t.
I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I was helped by Anna Nguyen, and she did my nails with an unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. I got the dip powder, which usually lasts me about four weeks, but within just two days, my nails started chipping. Typically, they grow out rather than chip.
I went back to the salon to address the issue, and the best they offered was a 20% discount. When I mentioned to Anna that she didn’t do a good job, she responded with an aggressive tone. At that point, I decided to ask the front desk to just remove the nails, and they agreed, telling me it was my choice.
I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I had already tipped generously and paid the full price, yet I received bad service and subpar work. I will not be returning to this salon, and I do not recommend it to anyone who values good customer service and quality work.
I recently visited this salon, hoping for a relaxing experience, but it turned into a birthday disaster. My nails ended up clumpy, uneven, and oddly egg-shaped, looking nothing like the polished, professional look I expected. When I politely brought this up, the manager dismissively blamed my “fat fingers” for the poor results—a completely unprofessional and offensive response to a paying customer.
The nail tech working on me mentioned it was her first day, so I tried to be understanding and patient. However, that doesn’t excuse the management’s lack of accountability. Instead of guiding the new tech, they left her to figure things out on her own, leaving me with a terrible outcome.
Beyond the poor service, there’s a bigger issue here: the uncomfortable atmosphere created by the manager and other staff members. When I was younger, around 17, I often felt uncomfortable due to inappropriate, flirtatious comments from the staff. This behavior still seems to be an issue, especially toward younger clients without parental accompaniment. It’s extremely concerning and unacceptable, especially for a business that welcomes the public.
I only returned due to the convenience of the location and a last-minute decision to treat myself on my birthday, but I left feeling disrespected and deeply disappointed. I genuinely hope someone more professional and deserving takes over this place, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all clients.
It’s for just a med/short acrylic tip with gel and pedicure- no design- just a basic common procedure.
Don’t even get me started on how racist they were towards my Mexican non English speaking mother.
I walked in today for the first time in a few years and I asked for a pedicure. The customer service was great and Andy did great on my pedicure! He is so personable and his skills are top notch. I will definitely be returning and requesting Andy!
Annie was AMAZING! If you want your designs to look like the photo you asked for, ask for Annie! She was so meticulous and precise! She studied the photo with every brush stroke and was kind to my daughter, who asked for these Halloween themed nails. I have never been to a salon where a design came out even better than what she asked for! I am an artist and was in awe of her fine detail. I also had an enjoyable pedicure ❤️ Thank you!
Came here with two girlfriends for both pedi and mani. Julie was nice and did a nice job with my pedicure. At first I was slightly uncomfortable when Julie pushed me to pick one of the expensive pedi services ($60+). I originally wanted the cheapest one but I reluctantly picked one that was little expensive and declined her first suggestion. Viviana did my manicure. She was also nice. She constantly made sure I was happy with my nails. She made my nails look pretty. The atmosphere was clean and fancy. It was nice experience with them.
Andy gave me an excellent gel polish pedicure yesterday. He was a good communicator and made sure that I was comfortable and that he met my expectations.
When walking in, the front desk girls were very kind & helpful, but overall my experience was horrible. I came into get my shellac nail removed/soaked off as I saw others getting done. The male tech did not even greet or ask what services I was getting to begin with. He proceeded to remove my acrylic nails by shoving a press on tip in between my fake nail and natural nail. I was in soo much pain. I informed him I was uncomfortable and in pain and he decided to do nothing about it. After I informed him it was painful, I made comments about soaking off and ignored me. I left there with still pieces of nail on . If you have sensitive nails and need a removal don’t come especially if expecting a soak off.
