Linnie is the absolute BEST!!
I’ve been going to her for about a year now, and she always does an incredible job! I get dip on my nails and gel on my toes, and my nails last a solid 3 weeks without lifting or any chipping and the gel on my toes lasts an over a month without any chipping or peeling. I have one nail that grows a bit crooked and she always files it perfectly so it looks completely straight.
She is incredibly kind and amazing with my 6 year old daughter as well. My daughter gets gel and it never peels off of her little nails lol

We had the worst experience. My daughter had full acrylic set and I had a fill, both with gel polish. My daughter's nails; the technician didn't apply the tips. properly so there are gaps between her nail and the tips. The shape was all wrong, they tried to fix it while filing them down to nothing. Acrylic all over and cut her while filing. We nicely asked for this to be fixed and we're told it's our fault because we weren't clear enough and the gaps and acrylic on her cuticles is fine. What??? Okay, I could MAYBE buy that on the shape, but poor workmanship has nothing to do with the client. They were incredibly rude and commented that they were fine and we were dramatic. Unbelievable!!! My nails look nothing like what I asked for but that technician was polite and tried. So after paying for overpriced service, we now need to pay to have someone fix them.
My wife raved about this nail spa for a long time, highly recommending that I give it a try.
I am proud to admit that my feet love being pampered. I have had past issues with ingrown nails. Helen takes very good care of my toe nails, keeping my feet happy. She ensures that my toe nails are kept healthy and my feet pain-free. Thank you...
The place is well kept and very clean. The programable massage pedicure chairs are in excellent condition. The air is well ventilated. It does not have the usual nail salon chemical odor.

I always call to get the pricing out of the way. I had asked the individual on the phone how much a clear acrylic set would be and if they would be able to apply the chrome powder I will provide. They individual at the front advised me it would be $40 + $15 to apply the product of said powder. I was fine with that no problem. However, when I get there, I got the technician "Helen" who was showing me the prices for pedicures, but I had told her I just wanted the basic pedicure for $33. However, it ended up being $5 more dollars for the French to be included. When it came to getting my nails done, she was super rude and told me to go speak to the gentlemen at the front counter over the pricing situation on the phone. She stated "you probably did not ask"...but I always ask before coming in for a service because some businesses have scammed me and shoved their prices in my face. My cost came out to $103, and I gave her a generous tip despite the circumstances as to where she did not provide a great service and provided me with what I initially had asked for which was clear acrylic (where it looks transparent and clear with applied chrome powder). My nails are disfigured and not well shaped as to almonds. At the end of the service, she seemed like she was ready to leave and was just rushing me (not pleasant at all, I kept thanking her and she just kept muttering under her breath). Was not a great experience and will not be returning back or recommending this location to colleagues or friends. PS if someone calls asking if you have clear acrylic and you do not have that product do not lie about it just to reel in new clients. Thanks.
Writing this review because their customer service is awful. I got a gel x set on Wednesday and by Sunday I already had a nail pop off (I’ve been getting gel x for 2 years and they last me 4 weeks and I’ve never had a nail come off). I didn’t notice at the time but the tech cured the nails to my cuticle which is why they popped off. I’m sure others will be popping off soon as well. I called to remedy the situation and they told me I could come anytime to fix, but when I showed up at the time I told them I’d be there they told me the only person who could repair left. I asked to make an appointment to make sure this doesn’t happen again and they refused an appointment for a repair and told me to just show up again. Why would I do that when the one time I showed up no one could fix it? Very disappointed and will not be returning.
We have been regular patrons for years. We go every three weeks. We keep going back because the services and cleanliness are top-notch.
updated review because I wanted to give them another try after a year but like other reviews say, the nail polish used is cheap and the OPI and Essie polishes they do have look old, many have separated In the jar if you look.
I just got my Nexgen nails 6 days ago and my nails are already chipping. They are meant to last three weeks. I noticed the technician was in a hurry and didn’t even paint the topcoat evenly for my nails. They were very nice and clean but not worth it if mh nails chipped.
I get mani/pedi every 3-4 weeks and couldn’t be happier. Easy appointment schedule, I get dip nails and they are the most beautiful longest lasting nails I ever had. The place is clean and seems to me very well run, and I get offered a water every time I am there. So surprised to see the negative reviews. ????????♀️
