I recently switched from Nails by Rose to this nail spa on the same block, and I'm impressed! They've undergone a complete remodel, and the place looks amazing. The equipment is state-of-the-art, and the staff is friendly. The receptionist was extremely nice, and while the nail technician who did my nails did a good job, I felt a bit rushed. However, I saw another technician whose work looked fantastic, so I'll be requesting her next time. They also offer a great pedicure and a beautiful handwashing experience. Plus, their wet bar is far superior to Nails by Rose. Nails by Rose feels a bit overdone, whereas Anthony Vincent Salon seems more focused on quality work. Their wet bar is amazing, by the way! I'll definitely be returning.
Service provided was a gel x manicure that was $50
I was using a gift certificate and a last minute walk in. I was seated right away, only regret not getting a drink. Linda did my nails and was flawless. I’m OCD and very picky, the last place I went cut me multiple times. I had no issues at all here and left very happy. Will be going back and trying to get Linda again!
Easy check-in, even though I was a walk-in. Friendly and fast service. They listen to what you want, which is great. Love the shape, and color of my nails, got full set and pedicure. The massage chair is top notch????. Enjoyed my experience there and will return. Highly recommend!
Just left from getting a full set. Linh rushed through the entire visit. She was visibly upset I wanted coffin nails but with the curved acrylic not straight. She mentioned how it takes longer to file them down. I’ve never had to put both hands under the UV light at the same time but she even rushed my drying process. I came out of the salon more stressed than when I went in. I normally come here for my pedicures and they are decent, but after today I am RUNNING back to my personal nail tech. (I only came in the salon today because I needed them done last minute).
I recently visited Anthony Vince’ Nail Spa and unfortunately, I was left quite dissatisfied with the outcome of my visit. From start to finish, it felt like a rushed and unpolished experience.
Firstly, the outcome of my nails was far from satisfactory. They appeared sloppy and lacked the attention to detail that I expected from a professional nail salon. It seemed like the technician hurried through the process, resulting in a less-than-perfect result.
Furthermore, the service itself felt rushed. There was a lack of attentiveness and care during the appointment, leaving me feeling like just another task to check off the list.
Overall, my experience at Anthony Vince’ Nail Spa fell short of my expectations. The sloppy outcome and rushed service left me feeling disappointed and highly unlikely to return in the future.
They do great work. The pedicures were quick, but thorough.
We wish they had been serving alcohol with their service. The bar was what had attracted us inside. It's what we consider a full service. They also don't do military discount and you must use cash or pay a 3% charge with card.
We plan to come back once the bar is open! Staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Our hands and feet looked brand new.
I complained about my nails and they said they’d fix it but only the person that messed it up can fix it. So initially the reason behind it looking chunky was because I got a fill and not a fresh set so it’s my fingers that’s making it chunky looking. Then it was because of the color chosen as to why it’s chunky when I said she did more than the prescribed two coats of polish.
They said okay it’ll be an hour, hour and a half wait when she’s almost done they’d call me. I decided I’d come back in an hour, the person that was in the chair when I left IS NOT who I found in the chair when I come back. So I said something about it and Robert says now, “ No I said 2 people it’ll be an hour, hour and a half like I told you. I then say, “it’s been an hour and 15 minutes already.” He responds, “ Oh has it ? Well when she’s done with this one, she’ll fix your nails.”
I’ve now been waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes to get my nails fixed.
If I ever come back here again I will not be doing to Cindy. How you mess up something so simple is beyond me.
When I asked for another tech, he tells me he doesn’t have anyone available as I’m looking at 5 techs not doing anything.
NOW it’s my nail bed why it looks this way, to them it’s not chunky. All the years I’ve been getting my nails my nail bed or a refill instead of fresh set hasn’t made my nails look like this. & If they change the color they have to charge me $25.
This is the 3rd Anthony Vince I’ve been to, and by far the worse I must say.
Landstowne VB hasn’t let me down yet, I just didn’t want to make the drive. This is what laziness gets me.
The lying and run around story is very unprofessional. 4 hours of my day wasted.
This place is a hit or miss. It all depends on who you get. If you get a good person, remember their name and try to schedule with them.
I’ve been going here for 4 years and sometimes my nails last 2 weeks, sometimes they last 1 keep before starting to fall. The last time I went was a couple weeks ago and they were the ugliest nails ever. The nails weren’t even in length, the the shape was inconsistent. Just overall horrible. But the time before that, they were really nice. Two different nail techs, obviously.
