I used to be a frequent customer at this place before COVID-19 and my child, so I had high expectations for the service to remain consistent. I had my nails done on June 30, 2024, but noticed after 4 days that my toenail was chipping and the cuticle on my nail bed was damaged. I spoke with Amanda on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, and she assured me that I could come in to have it fixed. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, I couldn't make it on that day. I finally came in today, Monday, July 8, 2024, but Amanda informed me that she couldn't fix my nails.
If you have another nail technician to go to, I strongly recommend choosing them over this place. This is the worst nail salon I have ever experienced!
I received service from this place yesterday 3/29. I don’t like the fact that they are in a hurry and don’t take their time. It looks like a 3 year old painted them. I asked for white but it wasn’t this type of white I asked for. My nails look the are press ons. They made a mistake and put the wrong size on my right thumb and they tried to soak it to get it off , but it didn’t fully come off so the lady just put another nail on top of that one. I didn’t like that because at this point you’re rushing on my hands. The other lady that was doing my friend nails had a bad attitude. She was also very rude. They have a clean building but the business is very unprofessional. My set was $60 , and I don’t feel like it was worth my time and money.
These people are unprofessional and hire anybody to work there. I’ve been there multiple times throughout the years (only when I need a quick polish bc they don’t hire people who pay attention to detail), but my service and treatment has never been this egregious. Not only did I wait 30 min in the chair with a cold towel on my legs, while time was wasted looking for a coworker for a service I didn’t need and that made very clear I didn’t need, but also I asked for my French to be thickened on all toes and she only did my big toes. I drive home and realize that my toes weren’t fixed AND the masque from the moisturizer wasn’t massaged into my skin. For $80+ The service was poor and the remedy was poor. Time is money and wasted time is wasted money. Do not waste your time and your money here.
Worst pedicure ever! We ordered the 45 minute pedicure that was supposed to come with an extended massage. The pedicure was over in 30 minutes.
When we complained that we didn’t receive what we ordered the girl argued with us. She tried to take my debit card and refused to hand it back to me. I thought I was going to have to call the police.
I’m still shaken up.

I just want to start off by saying I have never in my life left a review ,but I feel people should know the quality they are going to get when going here. First off I wasn’t greeted when walking in for at least 5 minutes (that should have been my sign to leave!). The pedicure was the worst in my life! I told the lady SEVERAL times that she was hurting me to please stop and she just looked at me and would start again. After telling her to stop THREE times she finally made one of my toes bleed. She broke my big toe nail and didn’t even say anything, just went to get superglue! When I looked down and saw my toes I told the lady up front I wasn’t happy with the way they looked! She said they would fix them and this is how they “fixed” them. I was so upset I just paid and left! I never get my nails done and this was supposed to be a relaxing treat to myself. I will never be back!
I showed them the first picture (it’s an actual picture from their instagram), and walked out with nails in the second picture. I don’t think any of the pictures on their social media are actually done in their salon. When I reverse image search, they show up as pictures from Pinterest. Very dishonest.
Absolutely the worse set of dip nails I ever had. They are thick and uneven. I told the tech at least 5 times I do not want them thick. He filed into my skin several times. Very bad service for the price. I went using a gift card. Do not buy gift cards from here.
My sister and I went to go get our nails done to have a relaxing time. She said to the male worker at the front that she wanted ombre pink and white powder dip. When the lady first started on her nails she said I want pink and white ombre powder nails please. When she was getting the tips, the lady's finger was glued to the nail and she had to completely put on a new tip . Then before she did the color my sister asked if she was still doing the powder ombre dip and she said no "it is too late to do that" she did the nail polish instead. She asked nicely and stated multiple times she wanted the powder. She could have stopped and fixed what she was doing since she was the paying customer who have gotten her nails ombre powder dipped before here. Once my sister asked about the powder she acted like she gave up and just tried to finish her nails as soon as she could. Her hands at the end are peeling because she left the nails/hands in acetone. She left her and she was sitting with her hands in the acetone for longer than 20 minutes so another worker had to start on my sister's hands.
Our previous experiences have been great and we have enjoyed getting our toes and fingers done here but this time was completely unlike them.
