Best WLM Reviews

Had my daughter go here for her birthday gift. What she asked for versus what she got was completely off. She said her hands were in physical pain when she left (see right end finger that looks like they clipped the cuticle raw) and the first finger has polish on the cuticle. Just sloppy work and we spent $140 on a pedicure and something that has to now be redone. I gave it two stars as she said the pedicure was decent but the nails came out very poorly for what we paid.
A nice place to get some relaxation time. The pedicure starts from 32$ and the manicure from 20$.
This place has a lot of stations to cater the client and they also offer something to the client to eat and drink while they are relaxing. I was a walk in but was entertained immediately to get my pedicure.
The service is good and the facility is clean. My nails were done nicely but I feel a little more pampering would been better for that price.
NAIL SALON TO THE RESCUE!! I am so appreciative of this salon and how it helped me avoid a nail disaster on short notice. I went to a different salon closer to home at around 10am to get a manicure. I've never had a manicure before and was going in a little blind, but knew I only wanted a clear coat - which I told them. The other salon person did a horrible job trimming my nails and cuticles (completely uneven, some rounded off and some square) and then put a light pink nail polish on (or so I thought). Even though I told her it needed to be a clear coat, she put on a pink GEL layer, did not tell me (or how I would need to manage/remove gel nails afterwards - my job does not allow gel or nail polish and this manicure was for a wedding in 3 days where I then intended to remove the polish afterwards), and I was charged $30. I got to my car and saw what had happened and called Anthony Vince right away. They said they took walk-ins and had openings that morning so I drove over. In 10 minutes (around 10:45) I was seated with Vicky. I explained the situation and showed her my nails. She immediately knew how to help and explained what she was doing throughout the entire thing. She soaked my nails and removed the gel, then filed/buffed and applied the clear coat. I was welcomed with a relaxing environment and offered a complimentary beverage. After trimming off even more cuticle left behind by the other salon, and shaping my nails, she asked for my feedback to make sure I was OK with the shape. It took about 30 minutes and I was only charged $13 for the gel removal (of course I tipped them more!!). They are truly life savers and I plan to go to them for all my future nail needs!
I posted photos but want to be clear - the pink nails with gel were NOT from Anthony Vince - this was done by another salon which Anthony Vince rescued. Not sure the order the photos will appear but it should be a before (3) and after (3).
I have been here several times but my last pedicure was not very good. Got shortchanged on the massage (she added the lavender scrub into the time of the lotion massage when it should not have been). Didn’t spend a lot of time on my heels. Didn’t color ends of nails so white of nails showing. And leg massage was not consistent - deep in some areas, wimpy in others. The girl was young so may just be starting out. But it was disappointing.
I came here to get my nails done with my mom and sister before my wedding. We all got manicures and pedicures and were able to sit in a row and still chat with each other. The service was great as well as thorough, it was relaxing and a good experience.
The inside was beautiful and very clean, it also had lovely holiday decorations up. The prices were also reasonable and worth the cost.
I went to this nail salon for the first time last week to get a pedicure, my nail tech was really nice and sweet lady. I thought she did a good job on my toes but unfortunately i got bacterial infection on my right second and third toe and had to go to urgent care and was put on antibiotics.. when i called them to tell them what had happened, they didnt really had much to say about it.. wont be going there again. Pretty fancy place but definitely unhygienic.
I took a large group to Anthony Vince Nail Spa and was very impressed. All of us were able to get pedicures at the same time, sitting together. The techs were organized, friendly, and professional. The space is inviting, clean, and didn’t smell like chemicals. Everyone’s pedicures turned out beautiful, and it turned out to be a great social hour for us to chat. I will certainly return.
Took my daughter to an end of summer luxurious spa day and it was everything but. At first glance the inside looks really nice. But I quickly realized that their tools and their equipment was dirty and unorganized. It was the most rushed pedicure I’ve ever received. Not to mention two regular pedis was $100. Def will not be returning.
