Best WLM Reviews

The lasagna was good, and they give you a nice portion. What concerned me was there was a salad dressing lid for my Cesar dressing on top on it in the packaging. I might try them again, but that definitely was off putting. If I didn’t order a Cesar, I wouldn’t be returning because who knows and why the lid was even in there? Why would you choose to place a lid on top of someone’s food? And YES, It was literally just a lid with some Cesar dressing on it.
I ordered the pasta combo no meat add onions and mushrooms. Every time I order here I get zero service. Random by standards have to tell the front cashier/host that someone is there. Even if a server is standing off to the side, they will not say a word to me or even look up. The first order didn’t have onions or mushrooms and this picture is of the second order. A manager named Holly made this and a manager named Tammy severed it out. I had to ask for napkins because it literally looked like soup before I left. This is an Italian restaurant when I picked up my order I thought I ordered a pizza. Why are the vegetables of pasta on the top of the pasta. What makes it worse is when I called back in I told Holly pasta_veggie_sauce-cheese. She deliberately put a sprinkle of vegetables at the top. The other manager Tammy pretended to not know that this is not how pasta is made nor has it ever been made like this any time I’ve ordered. Disappointed.
Definitely a reserved environment. It is a quiet place and more intimate setting for a date. The server was amazing and sweet. I can tell by the Caesar and the dressing tasted homemade as well as the croutons. The wings had the perfect crunch with a nice sauce and they weren’t to big where they were scary nor to small where you feel cheated. The Alfredo was amazing as well as the cinnamon sticks ( personally would’ve liked more butter and cinnamon) other than that everything was great and the prices are amazing with good portions of food!
First time eating here. I only came because I saw a coupon in my local paper. I love pizza but unfortunately, I didn't love this pizza. Don't get me wrong the pizza wasn't bad it just wasn't as good as it could be. When picking the pizza up, I noticed the atmosphere needs a complete makeover. I feel like I walked into a 1980's restaurant. I love Mom and Pop stores and if this is one, I just wish they would freshen it up a little. Of course it didn't have a smell it just looked like it needed a lot of dusting and upgraded furniture. There are glass cabinets at the register that look like they could have had dessert in them years ago but now they just have glasses for storage. This didn't add to the ambiance. The place and food just needs a makeover. One great thing about this location is the health score was a 91. I always give kudos for that!
I use to order from here almost 3 times a week, I visited the store earlier this week and got a pizza bake spaghetti and it was amazing. I even called to speak with manager to commend her on the great job. However, on today I placed an order through door dash for two spaghetti with meat sauce and called to give the instructions on making both of them pizza baked, it was no way on the system to do special instructions. I know restaurants can make adjustments on their end, however, they were not willing to or could not add 1.50 per meal to upgrade it. Therefore they were willing to lose $30 for 3.00. Patronizing a company for so long to know it doesn’t matter how much money you spent with them, they will lose a customer for $3.00. I canceled the order and will not DoorDash or pick up from here again.
First time visiting this restaurant. Loved the pizza we got. Loved the chili, too! For some reason, it seemed to take a very long time to get our order?! We have been to other restaurants that serve pizza much faster. Still, all and all, the waitress was very nice and the food was very good which is the most important thing for us. We will come back and perhaps even do some take out.
The food is fantastic, this is the only place I'll get pizza from.
*Update*
I just went in to place an order, I was literally the only customer and was completely ignored. 1 waitress was sitting at a table with kids and the other was at the counter playing on her phone.
With service like that I completely understand why it was dead.
Ordered to-go and the cake is MOLDED!!!!!!! I didn’t know until I ate a big chunk of this cake!
ALL SLICES SHOULD HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE ON THEM! No date listed at all! We WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!
