Wow! What a surprise. Booked a hotel close to the cruise port and found this littler gem. Actually didn’t order the e pizza as we had the night before but the wings and garlic knots were phenomenal! Soup was tasty and from the looks of the pizza on other tables this place was quite a find. Good price and great food!
What a great place to eat. Service was fast and very friendly. The food is excellent-very tasty. Highly recommend this place.
I like the pizza here, sometimes it comes out a little too burnt. But for the most part it’s usually done right. The outside seating is a plus. It makes the venue extra spacious. Also the staff is very friendly. Good place to stop and grab a slice.
Terrible service. Unfriendly and fake waitress. We ordered wings. They brought out something with onions on it. We were expecting traditional buffalo style wings. We thought about just keeping them but they were burnt around the edges and it didn’t look tasty. The waitress could tell I was disappointed. So she offered to switch them out with the wings that we wanted. She was gone less than five minutes, and when she came back, it was the exact same wings. They just poured hot sauce on them, and took away the onions. You could still see some onion residue. It was the same exact wings that were burnt around the edges and you could tell that they didn’t taste right. We didn’t say anything we just ate them and they were not good. We ordered a pizza with the meat. The pizza was so dry there is no tomato sauce on their recipe. I didn’t understand why they’re supposed to be so famous because it’s not the experience I would expect at a restaurant like this.
We did a takeout pizza and we had a bad experience and I was hoping to give them another chance and it’s still disappointing. There’s a different style and recipe, but this pizza was absolutely no fun and the wings were disgusting, the waitresses attitude was that she didn’t care and this seemed like a horrible experience. I ate one slice of the carnivori pie pizza and that was it for me. My wife wasn’t impressed either. we asked for a box and the check, she hovered over me as I was paying the bill watching to see the tip amount which I gave her 20% because she was standing there on top of us. I looked around at some of the food. The other people had ordered and maybe we ordered wrong. Maybe the restaurant is just fine but that is twice we’ve had a bad experience with their pizza. On a positive side the restaurant is very nice. Has a good bar. The bathrooms are clean no complaints about the atmosphere. It looks like a really cool place to hang out. my advice to use if you go there do your homework before you order one of their overcooked pizzas make sure you get something you’re going to like. Clarify just to make sure that you’re not disappointed like we were.
I've eaten at most Anthony's for over 20 yrs.
It's been awhile since I've visited and decided to bring friends from out of town in on Saturday night.
Nothing we ordered was good or tasty, I was very disappointed that the quality of your food is no longer what it used to be.
Pizza & meatballs baked ziti all terrible, dressing on salad had no flavor, even my Bellini was meh...
Good food is no longer served.. I'll stick to Sicilian oven.
Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Mostly tomato sauce, barely any cheese, cold, and you can taste the bread more than anything else. Seems like another customer ordered this before me, but opened the box and automatically didn’t want to pay for it so they just gave it to me and preheated it beforehand.
The chicken sandwich is fantastic. The spaghetti is good and the hot honey wings are tasty. Definitely will. Definitely worth coming back to try other sandwiches!
Loved everything about Anthony’s! Service was great, atmosphere is fun and eclectic, and the food was top notch. The gluten free pizza was amazing-best I’ve ever had! Regular pizza was also phenomenal. Would come back again and again if we were locals and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a good pizza joint.
