Not sure what happened with this location but it's a mess. These were 2 waitstaff and they were clearly overwhelmed. Food was thrown together and restaurant was dirty. We sent back salad, was wet and things were thrown in a bowl. We quickly ate the cold pizza, got the check and left. This location is a mess!!! Waitress was coughing everywhere and dirty dishes were all over the counters and tables. People were helping themselves and seemed like a self service location. One big hot mess
This is their hot honey pizza. Please tell me if this is the quality that someone should receive ? I’m being told by management this is simply how the pizza is made . Literally falling apart. This is a great food place but by far their worse establishment
I recently decided to give Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in North Miami another try after not visiting for a while, and I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere was fantastic, with excellent service, delicious food, and top-notch management. I had the pleasure of meeting the new General Manager, Ramsey, and he was wonderful. Ramsey was incredibly caring and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during our visit. It’s clear that he’s making a positive impact on the restaurant. We will definitely be returning soon! FYI the pizza and wings there are delicious.
October 3rd Thursday night. Where do I start... me and my girlfriend walked in the restaurant around 8 o'clock into an almost empty restaurant with EXACTLY 3 tables in the entire restaurant, we sat in the corner at the sharing table on the side of the bar, where the short cut blonde hair bartender CLEARLY noticed us sit down at, and there was a gentleman serving the only 3 tables in the restaurant which clearly all have been served and tended to already. Soon as we walked in I told my girlfriend I was going to the bathroom to wash my hands and when I came back she said NO ONE came over which I thought was strange, then my girlfriend decides to go wash her hands in the restroom and by the time she comes back no one even acknowledged us as customers being there for over 20 mins already, mean while the bartender clearly saw us walk in and sat down literally staring at us while having full conversations at the bar laughing on going in and out of the bar where she could have also came to our table but clearlyshe did not want and avoided us, at this point my girlfriend is livid and angry because of the lack of service and clearly being ignored and I myself was at the point where I said they are being racist towards us because a white family walks in almost 20 mins later after we've been there almost 30 mins being ignored and the server quickly acknowledges them and literally ran to their table with menus and plates while we sat there in shocked and disgust, to be dealing with this type of racial profiling I hate to say but yes, the only person in that restaurant that came to our table was the only black chef in there, he came from the kitchen where he was cooking with his apron on and brought us menus, but at that point we where over it and disgusted, we explained to him exactly what happnend and how we were ignored and profiled, and we just wanted to leave, he apologized and we told him it's not his fault that things like this still exists but thank you for coming from the kitchen to the other entire side of the restaurant to ask us if we wanted water and menus, I could tell he knew we weren't happy, but I told him it's not his fault because clearly they have some racists people working in there that doesn't take notice to black people, all the way up to the time we decided to leave NOT ONE PERSON from the floor bothered to look our way. DISGUSTED. Over 20 years in the hospitality business myself to now a business owner and I've NEVER experienced something like this. JUST HORRIBLE.
One of my favorites of the entire franchise, LL staff even kitchen staff are genuine and good at their job, amazing happy hour deals.
Amy was such a kind server! She recommended the wings, meat balls and the caprese pizza which were all foods we enjoy. It was delicious (thank you to the kitchen staff) we need more servers like Amy! We hope to come back whenever she’s working.
It’s really disappointing how they handled a missing order of wings. I’ve been a regular customer since they opened, but this experience was frustrating. We ordered pizza and wings for my daughter’s birthday, but only received the pizza. We placed the order directly through Anthony’s. When I called to ask about the wings, I was first told they were ready but the driver didn’t pick them up, then later told the order wasn’t made at all.
They offered two options: pick up the wings myself or get a refund. When I went to pick them up, I requested a refund, but the manager didn’t seem to care at all. They kept saying I needed to contact DoorDash when the order was made through them. Sadly, it looks like I’ll be taking my business to Evio’s from now on. To make matters worse, the restaurant had a foul odor.
I went here last week
I ordered - meat balls which were very soft and pepperoni Pizza which was good as well. Pepperoni was crunchy. I wish they had Oregano. I also had a cheesecake which was delicious.
Service - was bit slow but totally worth it.
Waiters were friendly
Not so costly $
Overall had a good experience.
Washrooms could have been cleaner.
Loved it.
