I’ve seen Dr Perri for over ten years. Initially he was great and did catch a few moles that needed to be biopsied or removed. Skin checks got faster and faster over the years, last one was maybe 60 seconds at best, and ended up
missing a large basal cell on the back of my ear that my hairdresser spotted a couple months later. Now missing a chunk of my ear and changing to a different dermatology practice.

Today, I was very disillusioned with Dr.Perri! He come in, stood at the door as if he was bracing to run out quickly. He never touched me, never actually looked at the source of my visit today. He lacked personal connection. He lacked emotional warmth, had no interest in me or my feelings! I don't know what has happened to this Doctor, far from my first impression of him! He seemed only cared about MONEY as opposed to patient care!
I would rate him a 2 on today's visit! He ordered meds, but seemed extremely rushed, which lead me to not even ask many questions! I got a basic diagnosis, without any examination! I was disappointed that Dr. Perri didn't perform a physical exam during this visit! He were so undetached today, uncaring, unfriendly, dismissive, and not fully engaged with my health needs. I felt so disrespected on today's visit. He didn't spend 5 minutes in the room. This made me feel uneasy about my health and treatment plan. I don't " "TRUST" him at this point! His rushness could cause havoc to my health with a missed diagnosis! I don't think I would be back to Dr. Perri after today. I will seriously consider finding a new doctor who provides more attentive care!
OUT OF ALL MY DOCTORS, DR. PERRI IS THE "ONLY" ONE THAT PORTRAY THIS CAVALIER ATTITUDE!
Dr. Perri needs to take some of that money that he puts over his patients and invest in an Etiquette / Bedside Manners "Classes".
I would give them no stars if I could. I haven't had a skin screening in a couple of years unfortunately and was given Dr. Perri's office as an option. The lady answering the phone at the Conroe office was rude, like she could care less to talk to me or help me. She took my insurance information and came back and stated that they do not accept out of network insurance. I'm sorry but isn't that why there are out of network prices? I guess the office and doctor are more concerned with getting their money than they are concerned about helping people.
Went to Dr. Perri for the first time today at the woodlands location. Was there for about 20 minutes start to finish. The reviews were right that it was a quick visit w the doctor only a couple minutes but I didn’t feel it needed to be much longer. I came in knowing what I wanted to get looked at, 2 spots and acne. He was kind and got me in and out of the office quick. Would recommend.
I went in for a full body scan, guy spent all of 15 seconds looking over my body. I should have said something at the time but didn’t. I felt like he was in a race to get my insurance claim. I will be going to another dermatologist to get a thorough scan to insure he didn’t miss anything.
Terrible customer service. Booked 2 appointments. On both occasions received a phone call from the front desk. It is amazing how both ladies who called me were rude. The first phone call I asked for how much my visit would cost. The lady wouldn’t tell me. When I insisted she give me some sort of price, she put me on hold and then hung up about 3 minutes later. Same story with the second phone call. People who don’t give you respect and aren’t transparent don’t deserve your money, plain and simple.
This was my first and last time at Dr Perri office. The examination was completed less than 3 minutes. This experiences, a complete waste of my time he really didn't seen concern at all the way he quickly exit the room. I had more questions to ask
I love Dr Perri and everyone in his office. I was shocked to see the this low review rating on Google. My physician referred me to Dr Perri over 15 years ago. I’ve seen him for yearly checkups during that time. He has found some spots that he sent for testing. And one spot required surrounding tissue to be removed. I read the other reviews about how short of a time he spends with each patient. This is one of the the things I like about his office. He usually stays on time and sticks to business. He doesn’t do small talk. And I don’t either. But when I have wanted to ask questions he has always been available to answer them. I have recommended him to others and they have been pleased with him. My husband also sees Dr Perri and really likes him.
