Where can I start. 1 star is still too much , my parents and I decided to stay here because we been on the road for 12 hours and my father was tired . We picked this motel randomly but they assigned us to a room that was next to a room with homeless in there. When I tell you those homeless people next to us were smoking/ drinking and laughing super loud just being obnoxious . I went down to put a complain but staff “spoke “ to them and the people still
Kept yelling and laughing even louder! ????♀️ they even tried getting into our room! this was horrible. I couldn’t sleep at all . Please I won’t recommend this place to NO ONE! Spend ur money elsewhere!!
A basic hotel, nothing fancy or glamorous about it, ITS SIMPLY A PLACE TO SLEEP. I slept comfortably, it was quiet, the AC nice and cold and the pillows were comfy. It’s walking distance from various restaurants and gas stations, if you go down the road past Pilot, you’ll find Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Little Caesars, and a grocery store called La Féria, as well as other local restaurants. Wet n Wild waterpark is also located across the highway.
If all you’re looking for is a place to get some rest that won’t put a dent in your pocket like the Best Western across the street, then this place is a better choice. There’s usually one or two truckers catching some zzz and their semi-trucks parked on the side of the road. Like I mentioned, it’s not fancy, but you’ll be able to get some rest and won’t have to pay over $100. My room was clean. No complaints.
I don't even know where to begin. Let me start with the good parts, Carlos the night front desk employee was awesome! Now the rooms OMG disgusting! We had to try 3 different rooms before one was somewhat Ok. I slept with one of my personal towels on the pillows because of how disgusting they were under the pillow case and whoever "cleans" should either get more help or be fired. My friends daughter was walking around bare foot after her shower and her feet turned black! There was a huge scorpion in our first room and I couldn't tell if the sheets had dried up dead bugs or scabs on them. The bathroom was horrific and the rooms were beyond musty. I will never stay here again. I'll fork out the 150.00 bucks for another place just so I feel comfortable. They should be ashamed of themselves for having their establishment this way. I couldn't get photos of the first 2 rooms we were in because we arrived late and we were exhausted.
It says their remolded but you can't tell their a lil run down the lights wouldn't work right the shower head in one of rooms came out hard it hurt. Doesn't feel or seem safe because theirs people hanging out in their vehicle all day and night it seems. They didn't have enough towels to give us I got 2 rooms double beds.
Honestly how can a hotel be so bad. I rarely write reviews. The floor has sticky stuff on it, the toilet cover is filthy. The shower has hair in it and obviously hasn’t been washed in ages. There were no towels provided, and no soap or shampoo. The TV remote did not work, and there was crusty nasty grossness on my blankets. They obviously had not been laundered. I think I may sleep in my car tonight
Banner outside said remodeled rooms so I figured wat the heck. Disgusting. Still a per hr vomitorium. Bed had old food particles in it. Took a shower and got back on the road. Catnaps in my car were much more sanitary
Night staff very nice & accommodating. Bed comfortable, plumbing worked. Quiet. Clean room. Bathtub/shower stained but appeared clean enough to shower in. Price was right for what is given. Looking for more than a bed? Keep driving. Just need to sleep comfortably...this is it.
My daughter and I just stayed there and we loved it. We felt safe and welcomed. It was clean and old fashioned. We loved it! There was a nice breakfast selection and The nice man in front made sure we ate before we left on the road. I appreciate him and how he made us feel welcomed and answered my questions. I highly recommend!
